“Jason...” you whispered, not sure what to feel. At least glad to be feeling him once more after thinking you never would again.
A part of you felt like you should be angry. Thinking this was part of something he’d been keeping from you. But another part knew it’d be for a good reason. You were always his first priority, after all. You didn’t know what to do, but you could at least hear him out.
“Okay,” you said eventually, looking up at him. “Let’s go.”
