It always makes me think of all the times after I’ve stumbled my way out a funk and all the negative thoughts seem far away and insignificant just like the good ones feel like on bad days

It helps ground me and remember that even though the good times are temporary so are the bad times as well

I might struggle a lot with depression and anxiety and it might be difficult most days to do simple tasks or even just keep up with everyone else

It might not even feel worth it somedays to get up and try

But despite what life has thrown my way I’m still here fighting to get better everyday

I thinks that’s honestly pretty awesome of me
