Havent posted here in forever but i read oyasumi punpun and turns out theres a whole debate on whos fault it was , aiko or punpun.
aiko did idealize punpun as a saviour from her mother and some say she manipulated him but i dont entirely see that, in any case, punpun idealized her actions which those of a little girl because thats the only thing he knew her as, a little girl.
In his head the normal aiko, boring and storyless isnt of any importance, he just wants that little girl that he met back in school. Apart from that, he learned abuse from his dad towards his mom and used it against aiko.
in my opinion, aiko deserved better, but she wasnt any near perfect either.

Both L and Kira were right.
let me explain
Kira
-Kira was right in saying there is no justice because millions of people with money or just privilieges go unpunished all the time from their crimes.
-Kira saw an opportunity come by and together with a very nice god complex he took action since no one else was. Kira was taught by his father to take action because he was in the police force too so thats part of hus reasoning.
-Apart from that, what Kira meant about the "god of the new world" was in a literal sense. Many religions right now rule with fear, fear of going to hell or other punishments which makes people repent their actions and try to find good.
-Kira also ruled with fear, with the threat of "if you do something punishable by the law, you die" so everyone started slowly understanding and supporting him just like we do religion.
( i dont mean to insult any religion at all please believe what you want its fully youf choice sorry if i offended you.)
L
On the other hand,
-L was right because he was trying to stop Kira from killing people, innocent or not. If it had been a diffrent punishment however L would not have taken action because killing wouldnt be involved.
-L was also wrong at the same time for trying to stop Kira who was essentially doing the right thing with the wrong punishment.
Extra
-The scene where Kira and L get down from a wet rooftop and Kira rubs L's feet was a strong reference to the bible where God rubs and cleans Judas' Feet, even knowing he was the traitor.
-Thats why Kira (the god of the new world) was rubbing L's feet, considering him a traitor because he was stopping the "justice" Kira was implementing by threatening people with death if they commited any sort of crime.

theory time, what if each kid frkm the zoldyck family got tortured a diffrent way so they would develop diffrent techniques in nen because of their resistance to those things after years of dealing through pain , for example, killua mentions he got electrocuted and he delevoped a technique with electricity, maybe illumi was put through needle torture and kalluto could have been put through written tests or cuts since he uses paper to deal with his enemies and cuts them or explodes some of their body parts. maybe milluki was put through light yorture, so his eyes are accostumed to be put through big rays of light. alluka was trapped but she does not have a nene abillity as far as we know , she o ly has nanika.

Honestly im pretty sure the phantom troupe created like little cards with everyones names like a kind of ID and named them their "Phantom troupe V cards" and then whenever one of them has sex for the first time with a memeber they give one little card to them.
