the reason why twisted works is because it doesn't just give a villain a backstory, but instead says "hey, you thought this person was a villain because of an unreliable narrator, here's how things really went down"
i thought about this so now you have to: however devastating the confrontation in saf is, imagine how much worse it would be if curt pushed owen off the platform instead of shooting him,,,,,
If you want StarKid to keep making amazing content, especially during this time of completely digital theatre, the best way to make sure that happens is to support them by buying tickets to the next two episodes to Nightmare Time.
Nick said himself that “we’d really love for you guys to get those tickets and uh, that would be great.”
My guess is that they’re going to base future plans on how successful these next two episodes are. If there’s not a lot of ticket sales, they may not continue making new content available during this time.
It’s truly a gift that they did the first one for free on YouTube, they didn’t have to do that.
**If you can’t afford a ticket, that’s okay. They will be coming to YouTube eventually. Finances are tough right now, and you need to take care of yourself first. But if you have the money to spare, please buy a ticket!
this is probably my favourite Harry-Potter-reference in AVPM, because a) it’s actually subtle, b) it’s so random and c) it implies that Quirrell had a lot of fun letting a troll loose at Hogwarts and being a total dramaqueen about it
