That's actually a pretty cute ship (depending on your interpretations of the characters)
I've never done something like this so sorry if it seems unorganized a bit.
I'll do headcanons for both characters n also the ship
So character head canons firs
Glitchtrap/Malhare
He dosen't really sleep when others are around, or when someone is playing Help Wanted, and depending on how often someone plays it or for how long this can cause him to be staying up for over 10 hours a day if not more
Which isn't good for someone who's kinda just a soul trapped in a game
He knows sign language and sometimes sees if the player knows it as well
He also just sits on the ground whenever the player is in one of the levels
Vanny!
I actually have a design for her
I think that like the Glitchtrap costume thing was like something that would be worn in case one of the Springlock suits decided to not work
And Vanny's is one of those
There was going to be two rabbits originally but it got scrapped because it didn't go with the golden theme of the other two
Vanny as in herself not the costume has green and brown eyes(forgot word)
She also has blonde-brown hair
For the Ship
So Glitchtrap didn't even mean to make a cult, it just sorta happened (he feels like one of his kids started it but he can't exactly tell who at this point in time)
He met Vanny because of it
Vanny says she actually got the game because someone gave it to her randomly in the middle of the day
This answers Malhares questions about who (probably) started the cult/ accidentally started the cult
Vanny know American Sign Language which is how she talks to Glitchtrap
Or how Glitchtrap talks to her bc he can hear he through a mic
Bc I think Play Stations (that's what the games on right? Don't remember right now) have that
So she figures out how to make it so he can talk w/out using ASL
From a very suspicious thing online
Malhare dosen't question how she figured it out
Vanny starts to have a crush on him after a few weeks of talking to him
She finds the mask/costume (if there is a full one in the story) randomly on her doorstep from an unknown address
She dosen't question it because if your talking to a rabbit that claims to be the soul of a child murderer that put himself in a game to escape death its time you probably shouldn't question anything else

Marionette S/O headcanons:
(My puppet is a girl but I'll use him/her pronouns for this :))
-very tall
-like, his S/O is so cute being smol??
-she loves to play or listen to music with S/O. He really likes the slow tempo songs
-very caring and passionate about her relationship
-most of the day during "work" he will give small glances and waves to her S/O before returning to the task at hand at gift giving
-S/O needs to expect lots of gifts
-protective? I dont see why. Sometimes one little look can be enough
-he respects her S/Os personal space greatly and will not press forward if they dont want anything. Even he loves personal quiet time
-more gifts? Mainly small things as to not overwhelm his S/O and make them feel crowded

Scrap Baby S/O Headcanons
-tall girlfriend hours
-like seriously. 8 ft of l o v e?
-am I hearing this correct? Yep!
-at first glance, anyone can pass out at the sight of an 8ft tall clown animatronic with a metal claw for a hand
-but surprisingly?? She's sweet and caring??
-a bit on the over protective side and not afraid to scare others off (she stops if requested)
-she hardly ever raises her voice, always with a sweet soft tone
-all she wants is to make sure her S/O is safe and happy
-if not, then that's her next job
-micheal often teases her about her S/O but never means any offense
-William made a few comments about the ordeal but stays away from Scrap Baby mainly due to that he's intimated by her
-she likes to take her S/O out stargazing at night, sometimes sitting on top of the roof
-she prefers a peaceful and quiet relationship rather than loud and wild

Scraptrap S/O Headcanons
(This is a mix of semi canon and my AU Scrappers)
-sort of like Springtrap but he's a bit more...
-insecure?
-he knows he's extremely worn down and Tired™ and his appearance is less than pleasing to some
-given the fact that he's down an arm
-that doesn't exactly stop him
-there are times when he's his usual, chin high and chest puffed attitude but there are some where he just needs comfort from his S/O
-he wanted to make a little joke to his children before about his new relationship and their new mother/father/parent but he's wary around them and keeps it to himself
-the introduction didn't go as smoothly as he wanted it to but things have cooled down
-part of him knows that Michael and Elizabeth won't hurt his S/O so that thought takes some weight off his shoulders
-he tries his best to make it a decently normal relationship (and sometimes tries too much)
-but he still has fun
-sometimes he would gladly just hold his S/O with his chin resting against their head while purring

Funtime Foxy S/O Headcanons
(I haven't developed his character much so I apologize for the shorter list)
-oh boy
-he didn't know exactly what to do turning Tea Time
-so he just went with a fancy "date" (if you can call it that) and spoke a speech about his feelings
-definitely not one to shy away from things
-though he was a bit uncertain about his S/Os feelings to him due to his liking of dressing and being more feminine but still using he/him pronouns
-he thought all of it would just confuse or weird them out but thankfully, his S/O is extremely supportive of him
-He's extremely playful and always looking to the bright side of life
-if his S/O is feeling upset, he won't stop until he seems a smile
