I think the worst part about having mental health problems and having a bad/stressful day at work is when your brain is like. “I sucked today I should have been better. Blah blah blah.” Negative thoughts like that, that you can’t really ignore and you just end up feeling awful and can’t stop feeling awful and like a failure even though you’re just doing your best and a bad day shouldn’t define you.
