ya'll remember how i was struggling to identify choro & jyushi's flowers in this official art? well, i think i finally figured them out!!
choromatsu's flowers were so freaking hard to identify, not even multiple google searches and desperately checking japanese florists helped me this time. thankfully, looking through some of the flower language tags on here actually pointed me in the right direction! i'm pretty sure the ones here are a type of fritillaria, most likely fritillaria verticillata / woven hat lily. in hanakotoba, it can mean " modest heart " [ x ] or " understanding. " [ x ]
jyushimatsu's flowers were actually a lot easier to identify. i thought for a second that they could be false strawberries because of little red fruits, but it's more likely to be a type of hypericum / st. john's wort. i think it's specifically hypericum androsaemum, which can mean " sparkle " or " sorrow will not last " in hanakotoba. [ x ]

i feel like kuroba would be one of those people that others open up to fairly easily since they're ( for most part ) pretty open-minded and a good listener. it's a blessing and a curse because they do like being able to be a shoulder to lean for the people they care about... but then they'll also have people randomly drop very personal information on them in conversation, ( this happens sometimes with customers at the floral shop. tis the customer service curse. )
this ends up leading to both todomatsu and atsushi venting to kuroba about the fucked situationship they're in with each other. they know way more information about those two's weird 5d chess games than they ever wanted to know.
