#nope i haven't cut it since October and I did it myself so it's not great #haven't had it professionally cut since March 2019 #i remembered because it was right before I started on a new team/shift at work #I'd love it to be much longwr but it gets completely unmanageable and sheds way too much at a certain point #or would love something shorter and more stylish than what I can do myself #right now it's just boring and mid length

Adulting sucks ☹️

#no autocorrect i did not mean adult ingredients 😅#i mean getting up early just so someone can poke you with a needle #for example #i don't mind the needles #i got allergy shots my entire childhood needles barely register as anything to me #however #i am not a morning person #and there's not even an appointment tume to keep me accountable #I just have to try to go before work and not be late #but i also stayed late tonight so 🤷‍♀️

Inspiration to write some sentences on this Sunday

Thank you @stereopticons @a-noble-dragon @mammameesh @ramonaflow for tagging me last week, (and today). I had a very busy week and it looks like it will be leading into a very busy next few weeks. I appreciate being thought of!! This is also for @filet-o-feelings- I hope it brings a smile to your face.

Fresh sentences from one of my WIPS.

“I’m exhausted, Ted. I don’t think I’ve ever been this tired before…”

“Understandable. Now that it’s out in the open, you can finally let yourself relax. Hop up. Let me make up your bed and then you can sleep, okay?”

“Maybe I’ll take a hot shower. I just need a couple of days to figure some stuff out, and then I'll-”

“Patrick! Stop!” Ted interrupted. He tossed the couch cushions on the floor, and pulled out the sofa bed. “I said I’m not worried about it. I’m just happy I have a place for you to stay. Now go on.”

Patrick nodded and picked up a small duffle and shut the bathroom door. As soon as he turned on the hot water and stepped into the small shower, everything that happened from earlier that evening came rushing back. He leaned up against the cool tiles, closed his eyes, and exhaled. The tension in his body dissipated, and he suddenly felt lighter. For the first time in Patrick Brewer’s life, he felt free to do whatever he wanted to do.

Free from the societal and heteronormative obligations he did not want to partake in.

Free from a marriage he did not want.

Free to be himself.

Patrick Brewer was finally free.
