So does that mean that if Mighty Cleave is used through Burning Bulwark, Boulder still gets burnt? I decided to check the Bulbapedia pages for the two moves but didn’t really get a proper answer, although I did initially interpret both of these as an answer to my question (“do their full damage and remove the effect of Burning Bulwark” - remove the burn? “bypasses the effects” - ignores the burn?) but I think it might just mean that those moves remove the protection granted by Burning Bulwark while Mighty Cleave ignores any protection that’s been set up by those moves

Yep, it’s another one of those comparison posts where I share something that happened in Violet yesterday and something very similar that happened in Scarlet today. This time, my current top two favourite Pokémon meet my first ever favourite Pokémon (still my favourite Eeveelution). You can’t really tell in either image but in both cases I was only in the area because of a Mass Outbreak of a cool furbait Pokémon (Midnight Form Lycanroc in Violet, Lucario in Scarlet)

the idea that restrooms, locker rooms, etc need to be single-sex spaces in order for women to be safe is patriarchy's way of signalling to men & boys that society doesn't expect them to behave themselves around women. it is directly antifeminist. it would be antifeminist even if trans people did not exist. a feminist society would demand that women should be safe in all spaces even when there are men there.

They just equated mental disabilities to children, and claimed it's unnatural to be attracted to someone with a disability.

What is y'all's favorite and least liked Mega Evolution designs? For me, I always thought Mega Banette (perfect blend of cute and spooky!)and Mega Scizor (the robotic look is cool), but the fleshy appendages and face of Mega Medicham make me uncomfortable, and I just never vibed with Mega Heracross' design.

(The Mega Latis also get a dishonorable mention for being kinda boring, but they're otherwise ok.)
