I'm ALIVE
Hello everyone! I'm so sorry about not posting. Life keeps changing on me and I got burnt out on this story. I'm planning to continue this story, but my writing style has greatly improved since I last worked on this story. I may need to rewrite this...
Anyway! I have a cool idea that might help get my creative juices going. Ask Fierce some questions and I'll write or DRAW depending on the ask!

Chapter 5: Portal Shifting
Time's POV
I walked into the healers' house. I made sure to be quiet so I wouldn't disturb anyone else. As I made my way over to Fierce, I heard someone crying. Is that Fierce? I hurried forward. I opened the door and to my horror, I saw Fierce crying in his sleep.
"Dad please don't die! Please. I'm sorry Dad." He was shaking with the force of his sobs. I swallowed hard. I hurried over to Fierce. I gently placed my hand on his shoulder.
His whole body jerked and his eyes snapped open. The terror and pain in his eyes... They were similar to some of the boys after their nightmares, especially Wild's. I removed my hand and glanced around the room, looking for a stool or chair of some sort. I spied a stool, walked over to pick it up, and placed it right by Fierce's bed. I sat down and waited for him to speak. He struggled to sit up on his own, so I helped him up. He swiped at his tears.
"I'm sorry, I just... When Wind got hurt, it reminded me of my dad when he died. I just..." His voice trailed off and tears began pouring down his face. He swiped at them again before speaking.
"My dad died in my arms, there was nothing I could do... I wasn't strong enough to save the soldiers, I wasn't strong enough to save Termina, I wasn't strong enough to save my dad from Majora!" He choked out. I froze. Majora should be dead, I killed him. I made sure of it. This was my fault. I should've made sure there wasn't a way for him to come back. I placed my hands on his. They were squeezing the sheets tightly.
"Nobody should've had to fight Majora, let alone a teenager. That shouldn't have been your burden to bear. Majora will never hurt you again, I promise." I'm going to make sure that this monster won't haunt Fierce anymore.
"Thank you, thank you so much!" He began to sob and I wrapped my arms around him.
"It's going to be okay, Fierce we're here for you now." I felt him take shuddering breaths as he struggled to calm down.
"I have some explaining to do tomorrow. I want to tell everyone what's going on. I was planning on doing it later when I got more used to you guys... But I don't have a choice now."
"Fierce if you don't want to explain anything, you don't have to," I hugged him tighter, hoping that I could reassure him.
"I want to though. You deserve to know." He whispered. His voice this whole time was hoarse and raspy before he was injured but now it was much worse. I'm going to make sure he takes a health potion before he starts talking tomorrow.
"Go back to sleep Fierce. We'll be waiting until YOU'RE ready to talk." I squeezed him one last time before letting go.
"Thank you, Time."
"You're welcome, Fierce."
~~~~~~~
3rd POV
Time walked back to the inn, his mind swirling with the countless thoughts that were racing through it. He walked into the inn. Warriors and Twilight were up.
"He'll explain everything tomorrow." Time replied before they could even ask.
"Is he okay?" Four asked, having just gotten off watch.
"Honestly? I don't know. Physically he's mending. Mentally? He's... He's not in a good place right now. He needs our support, not our questions." Time's voice was quiet with the recent revelations from Fierce. The guilt tried to crushed him but he refused to give in.
"Who's-"
"I will," Legend spoke up. He got up and brushed himself off. He took the same position that Four had just moments ago.
~~~~~
Wind's POV
I sat by Fierce's bed while he slept. I want to be there when he wakes up. He saved ME. I want to repay him for what he's done for me. The only thing I can think of is to be there when he wakes up. He's been out for two days. Everyone is worried. Especially Time. It's like he... I don't know what's going on with him. Apparently, Fierce had told him something private. Fierce had planned to explain everything, including his journey. But he didn't wake up.
The healers said that there was more internal damage than they had anticipated. So his body was forcing him to rest up by making him sleep. Hyrule wasn't sure if that was the whole story. He pointed out that he had used massive amounts of magic and was forced to drink a TON of red potions. It had taken a toll on his body. I sighed and laid my head by Fierce's left hand. I froze when I felt his fingers twitch before his hand slowly ruffled my hair.
"Fierce?!" I choked. He smiled weakly back at me.
Fierce's POV
How long have I been out? It feels like an eternity. I heard someone sigh and their hair brushed against my fingers. Wind? I opened my eyes. Wind's head was by my left hand. I slowly moved my hand until it was on his head. I slowly ruffled his hair. I felt him freeze up.
"Fierce?!" He choked. I smiled weakly back at him. Tears started leaking out of his eyes and he launched himself onto my chest, sobbing hard. I let out a startled yelp. I winced in pain but didn't comment and wrapped my arms around him. Four walked in carrying a tray of food and froze when he saw me.
"Fierce! He's awake everyone!" Four hollered before walking over and placing the food down slowly.
"Wind, you're probably hurting him." Four murmured. I winced in pain.
"Sor-sorry. I just missed you," He hiccuped loudly and wiped away his tears. Everyone else walked in looking worried and relieved at the same time. Four and Wind helped me sit up. I winced and placed a hand on my chest and hissed. It's okay, you've been through worse.
"I have some explaining to do," I rasped. Four shook his head.
"Eat first, then we'll see what we're gonna do." His eyes had specks of red in them.
"Okay," I muttered and noted that my fingers weren't working right. I frowned and flexed them until the proper feeling returned. I rotated my wrists to get the blood flowing again. Wild watched me like a hawk. Hyrule didn't miss any details.
"Is that from previous damage?" Hyrule asked.
"Yes, I fell through a frozen lake and almost lost my hands to frostbite." I rasped and Wind snatched up my hands and start massaging them.
"Let me know when to stop," Wind replied. It felt really good actually. My ex-girlfriend would do this when my fingers got too stiff to move. I felt my ears flick back and forth as my hands fully relaxed and pain left them.
"Thank you," I whispered. Wind stopped and hugged me and hopped off so could eat. It took me longer than I would've liked, but I got to eat.
"Um, I know you have questions... But I can't explain everything... I went through a lot and I haven't had the time to process everything before I fell through the portal. I was out camping to give myself to process and recover mentally. I just wanted to clarify that first," I started coughing when I finished, my throat throbbing and my ribs screamed in protest. I heaved struggling to catch my breath, and Wind offered me a red potion. I winced before chugging it down. I gagged at the taste and wiped off my mouth.
"Thanks, Wind." I rasped. My throat feels better. I shouldn't start hacking my lungs out.
"So, about the sword... I found it on an ancient battleground. It was stabbed into the ground and had a red cloth tied to it. I didn't want to touch it, but my friend... She told me it didn't deserve to be forgotten so I took the sword home with me. I've been using it ever since. I um-" I fidgeted wondering how much I should tell them.
"Fierce, if don't want to explain something, just say so." Legend flapped his hand.
"... There is one more thing... I have two pieces of the Triforce." I held up my left hand. The Triforce of courage and power glowed briefly.
"Woah! That's so cool!" Wind grinned at me. I smiled back at him.
"I didn't necessarily want The Triforce of Power, but I couldn't let Majora get his hands on it." I rubbed the marking on my hand. My right hand was heavily bandaged... How did not notice that?
"Majora?" Legend's face turned a bit pale.
"As in the mask, Majora?" His eyes clouded over troubled.
"Oh... He's just a mask? He was a demon god where I'm from..." I muttered.
"His spirit was banished from the mask and it became a normal mask." Time spoke up, his one staring at the tiles.
"But somehow he came back to life," I finished for him.
"I tried to figure out how he came back, but couldn't come up with a reasonable explanation." I scratched the back of my head.
"That's in the past. And that's where it's going to stay." Time stern tone caused everyone to flinch.
"Anyway, I want to apologize to you Fierce. I knew something was stalking us and I should've told you to explore somewhere else. " Wild's ears were flicking back and forth.
"There's nothing to apologize for. It wasn't your fault. We all knew something was off. If anyone should be to blame it's the monsters. They were the ones who harmed us," I wrapped an arm around Wind's shoulders.
"Alright, we should let Fierce rest. We need to get moving soon. I want to introduce him to Flora," Wild grinned.
~~~~
Sky's POV
Fierce was finally up and about now. He was very stiff and had some trouble breathing if he did too much. I could sympathize with him on that front. My asthma causes me to have trouble breathing from time to time. Fierce was constantly stretching making sure his muscles wouldn't get too stiff from not moving. Wind would copy him and it was pretty cute, watching Wind trying to mimic Fierce.
Everyone was getting their gear gathered up and ready to go since Fierce deemed himself ready to travel. He knew the limits of his own body but the healers were hesitant to let him go. They were worried he was pushing himself. Wild interjected saying he would teleport everyone there and he wouldn't be walking for too long.
But we didn't expect a portal to appear under our feet and cause everyone to be separated. I fell on my behind with a yelp. Fierce groaned loudly and I watched as he struggled to get out of the poor bush he landed on. "Do you need help, Fierce?" I gingerly climbed to my feet and walked over to him.
"I- grunt - Yeah. Help." I felt my lips twitched violently as I grabbed his arm.
"Holy birds! You're really stuck!" I pulled harder but he was stuck. Fierce's ears turned cherry red as he offered me his injured hand. I grabbed them both and pulled. I yelped as Fierce was suddenly set free from the bush and landed on top of me.
"Fierce, get off. Can't breathe!" I gasped out and he scrambled off. I coughed, getting my breath back, and sat up.
"Fierce...You just killed that poor bush." I started heaving as I struggled not to laugh. It was practically squashed. Fierce turned completely red briefly before I lost it and howled with laughter. Fierce was too embarrassed to even laugh. His ears pinned back briefly before climbing to his feet and offering me a hand up. I gladly took his hand. Fierce pulled me to my feet easily. I guess using such a heavy claymore requires you to be quite strong. Hyrule forbade him from using it until he was completely healed and Legend agreed. Apparently, Legend had cleaned off his blade for him and knew how heavy it was. He uses power bracelets but he could tell how heavy it was. I shook my head clear of my thoughts.
"Do you know where we are?" He asked eyeing the landscape.
"Unfortunately no. We'll have to get out of the forest before I can figure it out. I've been to everyone's Hyrule so far. But I don't remember being in any forests besides Wild's Hyrule."             I sighed.
"We need to find shelter. It's gonna rain." Fierce began rubbing his wrists.
"Weather affects your wrists too?" I asked worriedly when I heard him hiss.
"I can feel it getting cold. Probably going to be rain and sleet. Ouch!" His right wrist popped loudly to my horror. He cradled his arm to his chest hissing.
"Are you okay?" I hurried over.
"I- I won't be able to use my hand now. Gosh, darn it!" I unclipped my sailcloth from its clasp.
"Let me help. I can use this for a temporary sling until we find something else," Fierce's eyes were clouding over with phantom pain and he nodded. I made sure to be extremely gentle as I placed his right hand in the makeshift sling. He hissed loudly but didn't yelp. I tied the knot quickly so we could keep moving and find somewhere to hide from the oncoming storm.
~~~~~
It had taken some time before we had found a cave but it started storming midway to the cave Fierce had spotted. By the time we got there, we were soaked to the bone. Fierce was shivering uncontrollably and I immediately began searching for moss and bark to start a fire. I hunted quickly through my bag first to see if I had any bundles of wood leftover from camping. Thankfully I had some left. I quickly placed them in the fire breaker Fierce had somehow managed to create. He was in a fetal position trying to keep what little warmth he had left.
"Fierce, I hate to ask this of you... But I don't have any flint and steel to start the fire and you use a little bit of magic just to get it started? But no more than that!" I watched as he lifted his head and extended his left hand. He muttered a spell under his breath and the wood caught on fire.
"You need to change Fierce, your bandages will need to be changed." I pulled off my tunic and chainmail and set it somewhat close to the fire. I pulled out a spare tunic and slipped it over my head. Fierce whined softly in pain. I looked up and watched as he struggled to move his left hand. I walked over and sat down next to him.
"Let me take care of your tunic and wounds. You can't even move your fingers." I gently pulled off his gauntlets carefully but it still caused him great pain.
~~~~
After helping him change out of his wet clothes I made sure to immediately redo his bandages. One of his chest wounds was red from being rubbed with a soaked cloth. I winced and decided not to put anything on it. It was so raw that if it could make any sounds it would be screaming. Unfortunately, that means Fierce couldn't wear his spare tunic.  He was covered in goosebumps and shivering violently. I had wrapped his arm up after drying off my sailcloth and drying him off with dry cloth from my bag. I leafed through Fierce's bag trying to find a cloak he could use. Thankfully there was one he could use. I gently wrapped it around his shoulder and made sure he was covered.
Fierce didn't talk and was struggling to stay awake. I scooted the both of us closer to the fire to keep him warm. I had rearranged the bedrolls earlier so that we could sleep there when I was done taking care of Fierce. When everything was said and done, Fierce's head was buried in my chest. I wrapped my arms around him to keep him close so he would stay warm. I silently pleaded with the goddesses that Fierce won't be sick tomorrow.
~~~~~
Fierce's POV
I woke up to a vivid burning sensation in my chest. I hissed in pain and pulled away from Sky. I slowly sat up and to my horror, my wound was swollen and there was a liquid substance leaking out of it and down my chest. I gagged.
"Oh no! I was hoping this wouldn't happen!" Sky whispered and shook his head.
"Your wound is infected and Hyrule isn't here to help,"
I'm screwed.

Chapter 4: Injuries and Nightmares: Part 2
ANGST AND BLOOD WARNING!
Time watched as Hyrule struggled to keep Fierce alive. His breath hitched in his chest as Fierce gave a weak cry of pain. Wild whipped out his slate and swiped furiously.
"I can teleport him to Zora's Domain! They can save him!"
"Do it!" Hyrule cried out in desperation. Wild raced forward and Hyrule grabbed his pant leg and in a flash of blue light, they were gone.
Wild's POV
"SIDON  HELP!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. Fierce choked on his own blood, his face pale as a sheet. Hyrule grimaced but didn't say anything, being too focused on saving Fierce. Sidon came charging in with several guards behind him.
"Link! Dear goddesses! Give him to me, I will take him to healers immediately!" Sidon gently picked up the wounded Fierce, who let out a sharp cry of agony.
"I'm sorry, but this is necessary." Sidon apologized before racing off. I fell to my knees and tears poured down my face. A Zora placed a hand on my shoulder. It was Bazz.
"He'll be okay, we have the best healers in all of Hyrule." He comforted me and pulled me to my feet. I swiped at my tears and sucked in a deep breath.
 "Yeah, you're right. I'll go get the others. 'Rule do you wanna come with me?" I questioned. Hyrule shook his head no.
"I want to stay and help their healers," His voice was quiet but there was a fierce determination in his voice and eyes.
 "I will take you to the healers, follow me." Bazz ran off with Hyrule hot on his heels. I picked my slate where I had dropped it and tapped on the screen. I shifted through the map until I found the shrine by the stable where we were staying at.
Hyrule's POV
Bazz opened the door and I sprinted in. Fierce needed me. Fierce hadn't been here long, but he was family. He didn't talk much about his journey but I can tell it's taken a toll on him. I wanted to talk to him about it, but he went exploring with Wind...
"Ah, you must be Hyrule!" Sidon beamed his white fangs at me.
"Where-"
"He's over there! Link will need space for you and your company." He walked away and I hurried over to where the healers were. Fierce was barely conscious and heaving, trying to draw a proper breath. His tunic had been removed and I could see his scars. There were multiple but the one that caught my eye was one caused by magic. It was an odd burn, almost like someone had placed a fire rod directly on his skin.
"Most of the ribs on the right side are either broken or cracked. Not to mention the puncture wounds." One of the healers fretted as she grabbed supplies. I walked over to Fierce whose face had gotten even paler.
 "Hey Fierce, it's me Hyrule," I whispered and grabbed his left hand. His eyes filled with tears and they spilled down his cheeks. I flinched before squeezing his hand. I want to help them heal Fiercebut he needs me to stay put. I'll stay here for him. He saved Wind, it's the least I can do.
Legend's POV
I yanked Fierce's sword out of the ground and started cleaning it. Warriors, Twilight, and Time were talking in low voices, making sure that no one would hear them. I narrowed my eyes at them but quit when Four stumbled over.
"My head hurts," He whined rubbing his head vigorously.
"Wild?" I asked startled. He was covered in Fierce's blood and didn't look happy.
"He's going to be okay, Hyrule stayed behind to help. I need everyone to pack up, we're staying at Zora's domain. Wind can get checked by the healers there." There was no arguing with Wild, the ferocity in his eyes was not to be reckoned with.
"Alright then, I'll finish this up. Otherwise, I'm ready to go," I replied. Four winced and nodded his head.
"I'm ready too, just can't carry anything. I'll pass out if I bend over." Wild nodded and went to tell the others. I wiped the last bit of the blood off the sword and watched as the trio walked over. Time's face was pale but the others looked grim and somber.
"Can see his sword?" Time asked his voice raspy. I blinked in surprise before handing it over.
"This is the same sword, then?" Twilight questioned.
"Yes, it is, I've seen it on the battlefield." Warriors replied as Time handed it back to me.
"What is going on?" Four questioned his eyes turning violet.
"I think Fierce is lying to us," Warriors spoke up first.
"We don't know that! He just joined yesterday!" Snapped Twilight.
"He could've explained that he's-"
"Shut up!" I snarled. Fierce wasn't here and Warriors and was making assumptions about him.
"What do you think you're doing?!" Four snapped his eyes turning blue.
"He has some answering to do, alright? That sword-"
"You can't interrogate someone because of a SWORD! He saved Wind, that's all that matters. SO SHUT UP!" I roared the last bit, literally shaking with rage. Warriors flinched and took a step back.
"They're right. We can't assume anything. We can talk to him when he's healed," Time's tone left no room for arguing.
Sky's POV
After we arrived in Zora's domain I was quick to get Wind to a healer. He was promptly taken care of. What I didn't expect was to hear someone scream in agony. I yelped. I raced over to where I had heard it before I realized it was Fierce. I felt my blood drain from my face. I walked over to the others who had gone pale.
"Broken ribs," Sidon clucked his tongue in sympathy.
"Not an easy fix. You have to relocate them with magic so they can heal properly. But it's incredibly painful," Sidon shook his head sadly.
"Will he be alright?" I asked concerned.
"With healing and time, he should be." He responded before walking away. I swallowed the lump in my throat. Wild had changed out of his tunic so he could clean it. He was currently scrubbing it, soap suds flying everywhere.
"All we can do is wait and pray," I whispered. Everyone nodded their heads and went to the hotel. I sucked in a deep breath.
"Fi, everything you told me is true. But will he survive?" I whispered. Fi chimed softly.
"I believe you, "
Hyrule's POV
I gently wrapped a bandage around his chest and he whined loudly in pain.
"I know it hurts Fierce, I'm almost done." I gave it one last tug and laid him back down on the bed.
"I have some medicine to take away some of the pain. You'll be able to sleep with no pain." The healer spoke softly and Fierce only moaned in response. His throat was sore from screaming as they relocated his broken bones.
"I'll give it to him, don't worry." I took the vial propped his head up.
"Drink this," I whispered. He whined before drinking the whole. I stayed until he fell asleep. I picked up a rag and walked out of the room. It didn't take long for me to find everyone at the inn. They were arguing about Fierce.
"We can't wait too long,"
"Yes, you will wait!" I snapped. The whole room went silent.
"He... He almost... Died! Leave him alone until he's healed! I may be a healer, but I'll terminate you if I have to!" I snapped tears falling down my face. The rag had Fierce's blood on it. I wiped the rest of it off and stalked off so I could cry.
Legend's POV
I woke to the sound of someone sobbing. It was Wild, he was sobbing in his sleep. I grunted and shook him.
"Hey, wake up. It's just a nightmare, Wild," I whispered. Wild jolted upright. He gasped loudly and attempted to calm himself down.
"I screwed up Legend. It's all my fault." Wild choked as he wiped away his tears. I laid my hand on his shoulder.
"No, it's not your fault. Dark Link summoned those monsters, not you. Don't blame yourself for something that was out of your hands." I replied while squeezing his shoulder.
"Now, go back to sleep. Fierce is going to be okay. I mean, Wind's okay? Right?" I asked and he nodded his head weakly before laying back down. I sighed before going back to bed.
Time's POV
I couldn't sleep. The sword brought back so many bad memories. Fierce wielded that blade. Used that magic was similar to the Fierce Deity. Fierce is the Fierce Deity but he's also Link. I shook my head. Fierce's hair isn't white and he doesn't have tattoos.
"I'm going to check on Fierce," I murmured to Four who was on watch.
"Okay," His brown eyes were filled with worry.
"I'll let you know how he's doing,"

Chapter 3: Injuries and Nightmares Pt. 1
I have some absolutely amazing friends from my LU Discord! I asked for help for planning out the major fight scene and the heavy angst. Shout to those who helped me plan this out yesterday! WARING HEAVY ANGST AND GORE WARNING!
"Pfffft, that's so cute!" "Shhh! You'll wake them up!"
"Too late," I groaned opening my eyes. Hyrule and Warriors gave me sheepish grins and I just mock glared back at them. Wind was surprisingly still asleep after all the noise they made.
"How am I supposed to get up?" "The aroma of food will wake him up," Wild chuckled when I whined in frustration.
It wasn't long the aroma of bacon and eggs woke up my little friend. Wind sat up rubbing his eyes sleepily, and I was able to get up and stretch. My back popped loudly in protest and shrugged it off yawning.
"Dude. And I thought Wild's back was loud when it pops," Warriors snickered.
"Thanks," I told Wild after I grabbed my food.
"Leave my friend alone, Wars. He just woke up." Wind shot back.
"It's alright Wind," I ruffled his hair causing him to protest.
"Hey! Stop doing that Fierce it's annoying." I laughed and ate my breakfast.
~~~~~~~~~ 3rd Pov
The chain was quick to eat breakfast, even Sky woke up in time to eat. After all, who would miss out on Wild's cooking? The monkeys chattered at the 10 heroes as they began to pack up camp in the early morning sun. Wild's ears twitched forward as he heard something from the jungle brush.
He narrowed his eyes but nothing was there.
"Something wrong, cub?"
"I think it might be a good idea to leave the Faron region," Wild replied staring into the jungle's thick brush.
"Something's stalking us,"
After 10 minutes of friendly banter as they packed up, Wild tapped on Fierce's shoulder.
Fierce's POV
"Since this is your first time in my Hyrule, I'll tell you about Faron. This can be a very dangerous place. I would recommend wearing armor if you got it. But if it starts raining take your armor off. If you don't you might get struck by lightning."
"That's... Annoying."
"Tell me about it. I got struck by lightning when I was wearing armor and almost died. Don't tell Twilight he'll kill me," Wild lowered his voice his ears moving backward toward Twilight.
"What was that cub?"
"Nothing!" I snickered at the panic in his voice.
"You're lying, get back here cub!" Wild bolted towards a tree so Twilight wouldn't catch him and scampered up like a little squirrel.
"Hey, Fierce! Wanna go exploring?" Wind bounced over to me, his eyes shining.
"As long as Time says okay," I grunted as I pulled out my chest plate from my ragged bag.
"Woah! Cool armor!" Hyrule watched as I pulled it over my head.
"Cool but very heavy," I replied adjusting the straps.
"Where did you get the armor?" Warriors rapped his knuckles on the breastplate.
"It was given to me by my father before he passed away," I muttered as I pulled my gauntlets on.
"Sorry, I didn't-"
"Wild! I have you now!" Twilight had Wild by his ankle.
"I would be careful you might-" Wild lost his grip causing them to fall onto the grass with thuds and groans.
"Fall..." Hyrule finished. The whole camp burst into howls of laughter.
3rd POV
The chain began traveling through the brush until they found the road that was on Wild's map. Wind was practically bouncing with all of his pent-up energy. Fierce stuck close to Wind, making sure he didn't wander off. Time had permitted them to explore as long as Wild said it was safe to do so. He agreed to let them explore but not until they got to the stable.
Wild's ears were constantly swiveling, trying to decipher the different sounds as they walked. He wasn't taking any chances. If something happened in his Hyrule he would never forgive himself.
Twilight had updated Time on their situation and was thinking out battle plans just in case. Legend was on edge, watching everyone to make sure that they were okay, not that he'd admit.
Hyrule found himself double-counting his medical supplies and kept biting his bottom lip nervously. Warriors was prepared for the worst, constantly checking for signs of monsters. Wind was worried but didn't show his concern. Four kept close to Sky. Sky was mentally preparing for a possible fight but was silently praying to goddesses that they would make it safely to the stables.
When they got to the stables, Wild showed them a good place to explore. It was a cliff and it was accessible by a sharp slope. The two went to explore but paused midway. Fierce had an uneasy feeling and decided to get his claymore out. The double helix blade. After attaching it to his back the two continued on their exploration.
Fierce's POV
I grunted as I worked my way up the hill regretting the choice to bring my helix blade and armor. Note to self, heavy weapons and armor are never a good idea when exploring. Lesson learned.
"Come on, Fierce! I wanna see the view!" Wind bounced up and down from the top of the steep incline.
"Where did you get this much energy?" I grunted when I finally reached the top
"Candy," He chirped and zipped over to the cliff edge.
"Wild, you are so dead when I get back," I muttered darkly as I walked over to Wind. I sucked in a deep breath as I gazed over the Faron region.
"Woah, Wild's Hyrule is amazing." I breathed taking in the tall jungle trees and the birds flitting to and fro from branch to branch. I could hear the bugs buzzing and the monkeys chattering, and the bird's musical cries. Until it went silent. Dead silent.
I could feel dark magic swelling and dispelling. I spun on my heel drawing the helix blade in one fluid motion.
"What the flip? What're darknuts doing here?!" Wind yelped before drawing his sword and shield. The darknuts towered over me and I'm quite tall. The moblins growled one wielding a dragonbone club and the other wielded a bow...
"Wait a minute... Wind run!" I roared grabbing him and tossed him to the side as the Moblin shot its arrow where he was just two seconds ago. The world went upside down. I was slammed onto the ground and Wind rushed over to me. I shook my head, trying to clear my head from the ringing in my ears. Wind stood in front of me, holding his sword and shield so tight his knuckles turned white. I managed to get on my hands and knees when Wind charged forward. He parried and blocked the Moblin's attacks. Why aren't the darknuts fighting?
Wind was fast but the club was faster. I watched in horror as it slammed into the back of his skull. Time slowed down as he fell onto the ground.
START OF FLASHBACK "Dad please don't die! Please!" I choked on my blood and the sobs that racked my body. He was covered in blood along with his wounds. Blood soaked his hair and tunic as he heaved, struggling to breathe. I could feel his blood on me and my own blood spilling from my own wounds onto him. So much blood. I gagged.
"Link... My son... I'm passing from this world... Stay strong my son... I ... Love... You..." He heaved one last time before passing on from this world.
"Tell mum I'm sorry," I whispered. I pressed my forehead to him before laying his body on the ground. His blood was on my hands. The soldiers' blood was on my hands. Termina's blood was on my hands. I failed. I swiped at my tears causing blood to be smeared all over my face.
"Majora! YOU'RE GOING TO PAY FOR THIS!" I screamed to the heavens.
END OF FLASHBACK
I snapped out of my flashback and I sprung to my feet as adrenaline surged through my bones. I grabbed Wind and ran. I laid him down under a tree and spied my blade. It was inches from the edge. I ran and dodged the Moblin's angry swipes. I snatched up my blade and swung hard. The Moblin's head was separated from its shoulders and black blood splattered onto me. I slowly turned towards the rest of the
I growled savagely as I approached the monsters in a defensive position. The Moblin fired a bomb arrow and I was knocked back. I staggered forward before I used magic to create a sword beam and kill the Moblin. Now the real fight begins.
3rd POV
Fierce clenched his sword tightly as he carefully approached the darknuts, watching every move they made. The fight was a blur of blades. The rest of the chain was running as fast as they could to where the explosion came from. Wild was frantic as he raced ahead.
Legend and Four raced forward with their pegasus boots, charging ahead desperate to save their friends. A Moblin aimed its bow, a bomb arrow knocked and fired at the cliffside, the blast causing it to collapse. Four and Legend dodged the debris as best they could but Four couldn't stop in time, a rock smashing into the side of his head, knocking him out cold. Legend cursed under his breath, taking out his shield to protect them both.
Wild scrambled up the incline dodging arrows and falling debris. He was desperate, he wasn't going to let down another friend. He wasn't! He climbed to the top and froze. Fierce had rips and tears in his tunic and his blood was splattered across the ground. But he was still fighting. He was close to the edge but kept fighting back.
A shadow fell over him and he froze.
"Don't you dare!" Wild snarled furiously. The Moblin sneered and brought down its club on his hand.
"Ow! You little- Yeooooowww!" Wild screeched as he fell before opening up his paraglider and barely missed Legend and Four as he landed.
Fierce began charging up massive amounts of magic, preparing a massive sword beam. Legend and Hyrule's hackles raised as they felt the intensity and power of his magic. The others froze when Legend raised his hand.
"Don't, you might get caught up in his magic!" Legend roared over the distressed cries of the others.
Fierce let out a fierce battle cry as he swung the blade. The darknuts split in half and so did most of the trees as a result of the force of the magic. Fierce stabbed in his sword in the ground exhausted and leaned on it until the other arrived. Hyrule was the first one up this time. His face turned pale when he saw the destruction and wounds of his friends.
"Wind, take care Wind." Fierce rasped out his energy fading fast.
Wild raced up covered in dirt and with his right hand quite swollen. He went bug-eyed at the darknuts and moblins, their black blood staining the ground where they laid. Wild shook his head and raced over to Fierce concerned at the rate his face was turning pale.
"Fierce!" Wild barely caught him before he collapsed and yelped under his weight. Warriors scrambled over and helped Wild before he was crushed.
"I got ya!" Warriors grunted. Everyone else arrived at the top and stared at the wreckage that had occurred.
"Are they alright?" Time asked when he finally found his voice.
"Wind has a concussion, not sure how bad," Hyrule stated while thoroughly examining him. A loud retching cough from Fierce startled everyone. He started puking up blood and Hyrule sprinted over leaving Wind in Sky's hands.
"MOVE!" Hyrule thundered scaring the crap out of everyone. He immediately started using his healing magic trying to save Fierce's life. Time one eye drifted towards the sword that was in the ground. He felt his blood drain from his face. He knew that blade.
The Fierce Deity's Sword.
Chapter 2: Bonding (Sort of?)
"You need to pick a nickname!' Wind exclaimed snapping me out of my thoughts.
"Huh? Oh, um... I'll need a bit to pick one." I scratched my chin nervously.
"If you want, I can ask Fi what your title is. She gave Wild his title since he couldn't figure out what to pick for his title." Sky offered kindly.
"Um, sure," I answered fidgeting nervously.
"Donut worry, she's pretty good at giving titles." Wild grinned at me, his scars stretching. Sky walked over to a log and sat down with the Master Sword on his lap. Wind nudged me towards one of the logs.
"Why don't you sit down and introduce yourself to everyone?" He asked excitedly.
"Introduce myself? Um, not to be rude but they already know my name. Heck, we have the same name." I gave him a sheepish grin before getting him in a headlock to ruffle his hair.
"Hey! Let go, I was trying to be nice!"
"I know, I'm just messin' with ya," I ruffled his hair one last time before letting him go. Wind huffed before dragging me over to one of the logs.
"Sit down, and tell me something about yourself! I won't leave you alone until you do!" He crossed his arms as he sat down in front of me, making the best pout face I've ever seen.
"Alright, alright! What do you want to know:?" I laughed. I watched as Wind immediately perked up.
"Why are your eyes two different colors?" He asked bouncing up and down.
"Um, I actually don't know. Apparently, I was born with one blue eye, and the other was green like this. What else?"
"Can you use magic?" Hyrule questioned his eyes bright curiosity.
"Yes, I can. It just depends on what kind of magic. I can't heal but I can cause havoc if I wanted to."
"Ooooh! Don't tell me you can cast fire magic?!" Warriors grimaced.
"Umm, actually-"
"Don'tanswer that! I don't wanna know!" Warriors shook his head groaning.
"Do you use items? Or do you use spells?" Legend asked while rubbing one of his many rings.
"I can use both. I just prefer items since it doesn't drain me as much."
"That makes sense. Conserving your energy is a good habit to have, "Legend replied with a small smirk.
"Are you hungry?" Wild asked while holding a strange rectangular object in his hands.
"Yeah, I was going to go fishing when I fell through a portal," My stomach rumbled making me blush furiously while everyone laughed. My ears are burning. Wild rolled his eyes and messed around with the slate.
"Do you like sweets?"
"Yes," Wild hummed in acknowledgment before a bright blue flashed and a pastry popped up in his hand.
"... Do I want to know how you did that?" I asked, voice filled with wonder.
"It's just Shekiah tech," Wild shrugged and handed over the pastry. I took the pastry and took a bite. The taste of blueberries and black raspberries exploded in my mouth. I swallowed the food in my mouth before scarfing down the rest of the pastry.
"Hungry much?" Wild grinned at me, pleased at my reaction
"Considering it was in the evening back home, yes I was hungry." I huffed causing strands of my brown hair to move.
"Hey Link, Fi has your title," Sky spoke up, and the whole camp went silent. I gulped nervously. Sky smiled at me before speaking.
"Welcome, Fierce Warrior!" I blinked in surprise. I thought it would be...Never mind.
"We'll call you Fierce for short, 'cuz of Warriors." Windgrinned before offering me a fist bump. I blinked in surprise before giving him a fist bump.
"Sure took you a long time," Legend commented, eyeing me. I fidgeted avoiding his graze.
"Fi was having some problems deciding his title, due to him having so many titles," Sky stated as he clapped a hand on my shoulder. I jerked forward caught off guard by his strength. So many titles? I've never had that many at all, just Hero of Termina and... Fierce Deity. My ears twitched as the bushes rustled.
"Hey, guys, we're back. Who's the new guy?" I watched as two tall people walk in view. The one upfront had brown hair and black facial tattoos. I like the wolf pelt, nice touch. I felt my eyes widen as the second man came closer. His armor looks almost the same as the Fierce Deity armor, and there were tattoos on the left side of his face. The same blue and red tattoos that FierceDeity has. Is that... The Hero of Time?
"Hi, guys!" Wind grabbed my arm and yanked me to my feet with surprising force.
"This is Fierce. He's the new Link, isn't that cool?!" I blushed embarrassed and rubbed the back of my neck sheepishly.
"Wind, you're embarrassing him. Hi, I'm Twilight." Wind gave me a sheepish grin after letting go of my arm so I could shake his hand.
"I'm Time," I shook his hand nervously, feeling him size me up.
"Time, you're scaring him. Don't mind him." Twilight grinned at me, with a twang of a country accent in his voice. I shrugged nonchalantly.
"It would take more than that to scare me nowadays," I scoffed.
"Oh yeah? Like what?" Legend smirked. I hummed thoughtfully rubbing my chin.
"I don't know, maybe redeads?" I shot back.
"Okay, I think all of us can agree that they are absolutely terrifying," Time rolled his right eye.
TimeSkip to the Evening [no pun intended]
Everyone seems pretty nice, but how long will it last? I've never traveled with other people unless you count Tatl. I hope I don't screw anything up.
"Hey, are you okay?" I jumped in surprise when a hand tapped my shoulder. It was Four and thankfully no one else noticed.
"Yeah, just thinking."
"Okay. Do you mind if I sit next to you?"
"Go ahead, Four," I replied
"You haven't traveled with other people before, am I right?" Fourquestioned his eyes slightly purple.
"Yeah, I only traveled with a fairy when I was younger. When I got older I was on my own." I sighed through my nose.
"It's okay to be nervous, it took Hyrule, Wild, Legend, and I a while to get used to traveling in a group.
"Thank you. I'll try to remember that."
"Did you figure out where you're going to sleep?" Four questioned, glancing at me with a mischievous look in his eyes.
"No. Why?" I narrowed my eyes at Four, causing him to smirk.
"I would be careful of who you choose to sleep next to. You might end up with someone cuddling you when you wake up," He laughed at the look on my face.
"Who's on the first watch?" Warriors asked after standing up to pop his back.
"I'll do it, will you join me Fierce?" Four asked standing up.
"Sure, "I took his hand he offered me, and I stood up as he pulled. We sat underneath a tree and kept an eye out for monsters. I kept my broadsword by me but left the rest of my gear behind. I hummed softly to an old tune.
"What's tune called?" He asked softly.
"Song ofStorms," I replied
"Humming won't cause it to storm will it?" He eyed the skies cautiously.
"Only when I play my ocarina," I chuckled softly.
AFew Hours Later
I laid down next to Wind since that's where he set up my bedroll for me. Wind automatically snuggled next to me, burrowing his head into my ribs. I stiffened in surprise before forcing myself to relax and wrap my arms around Wind's small frame.
"Told you so,"
"Shut up Four!"
Chapter 1: Falling through a portal
Hello Everyone! My name is ashwolffe! I'm on Wattpad and Fanfiction.net. So I had this cool idea, what if Fierce Deity Link was in Linked Universe! So I've been experimenting and I hope I got this right... Anyways, Enjoy! ~God Bless~
I had fallen through a portal, while I was camping. I had all of my equipment on me, so that wasn't a problem. The problem is, I have no idea where I am. None of my maps match up with the landscape. I gulped nervously and packed up my maps, no need to stand here looking like an idiot.
"Where in the bloody blazes am I?" I scratched the back of my head in confusion.
"You're in Hyrule!" A voice chirped causing me to jump back and turn on my heel. A young boy was standing there with a sword and shield on his back, who also had a large bundle of wood in his arms. He was wearing a blue shirt and orange pants with sandals on his feet. I felt my eyes try to bug out of my skull.
"Wait a minute, is your name Link?" The kid questioned while I stared at him trying to remove my tongue from the roof of my mouth.
"Yes... How did you-"
"Know? Well, 'cause that's... I'm Link too!"
"..." What? We have the same name?!
"I'll take you back to camp. Everyone can explain better than me."
"... Wait a minute... How many people at your camp are called Link?"
"All of nine of us! Well, ten now with you! Come on, I'll show you! Oh, wait, the wood, can you help me?"
"Sure... Can you tell me more?" I took half of his heavy load, grunting, and followed him down the path.
"Well, nine Links from different timelines all fell through portals that brought them together, I think. But now with you-"
"Whoa! Slow down! I can't understand you when you talk that fast!"
"Sorry, when I get excited I tend to talk fast. Okay, so nine Links . . ." The bushes rustled loudly and I froze. The kid paused and looked back at me in surprise, before grinning!
"Don't worry, it's just Wolfie. Wolfie, this is another Link, like the rest of us!" The wolf's eyes widened in surprise before walking over to me. I stiffened up as he approached me. He sniffed me cautiously, causing me to stiffen up even more.
"Don't worry, Wolfie won't hurt you! He's really nice." Wind reassured causing me to relax. Wolfie nudged my left hand where the Triforce was.
"Told ya! He's one of us! Come on, the others will want to meet you." Wind chirped and skipped off. I sighed and shared an exasperated look with Wolfie.
"Where does this kid get this energy?" I groaned with Wolfie huffing in agreement.
I walked down the path, my ears perking up with the sound of different voices talking. I gulped nervously. Wolfie nudged my elbow, encouraging me onward. Wind waved excitedly and beckoned me over to where he laid down the wood. When I got close, Wind snatched the wood from my hands.
"Hey guys, this is the new Link!" I deadpanned at Wind. He just grinned.
"Another Link? Just how many Links does Hylia need?" Complained a teen with pink hair.
"Legend! Sorry, about that. I'm Hyrule." Another teen with shaggy brown hair smiled at me. I gave a small smile.
"I'm Wild, and this is Four," A young man covered in burn scars beckon towards himself and to a kid with a multi-colored tunic that was stitched together.
"Pleased to meet you," He walked over and offered me his right hand. I extended my left hand shook it.
"I'm Link, pleased to meet you too," my voice cracked ever so slightly at the end. Jeez, my throat hurts from not talking to anyone for a whole month.
"I'm Warriors," Blue scarf is Warriors got it.
"My name is Sky, its nice to meet you." Sky's voice is surprisingly soft compared to his frame and is that... The Master Sword?! My eyes widened at the sight of the blade on his lap.
"Do you recognize this blade?" He questioned, holding it up for me to see.
"Yeah, I just... I've never seen in person. I've only seen it in books." I eyed its magnificent handle and blade.
"Do you want to look at it?"
"You don't mind?" I asked in awe that he would let me hold it.
"Go ahead, I'm sure Fi won't mind." He walked over and the others made room. He held out blade. I hesitated before taking it gingerly from his hands. He stepped back, allowing me to swing it around if I wanted.
"It's beautiful," I breathed, holding it up for closer inspection.
"Thanks, I helped craft it," Sky replied after I handed over the sword.
"You made the Master Sword?!" I gasped. His cheeks turned red in embarrassment.
"Yeah, I did. I'm no blacksmith though, I simply enhanced it with the necessary materials."
"That's amazing! I didn't do anything like that with my swords." I smiled at the memory before handing the master sword back to Sky.
"Thank you! Oh, that reminds me, there are two more of us. Twilight and Time are on patrol but they should be here soon." Time?! As the Hero of Time? The same hero who saved Termina and Hyrule?!
