not sure if its included in ur perfumery autism knowledge but . uhmm uhh do u know whats the best /proper way to use a perfume ? i was a tomboy so i never rly cared for that when i was younger
There isn't much of a guideline to use perfumery except like points you'd usually apply perfume to, and boils down to personal preference.
Don't mind the rules at the bottom but point is that perfume works best on hotter points of your body. That's why the neck and chest are mostly where people apply perfume. I usually also apply perfume to the back of my neck so the perfume wafts behind me. For that exact same reason some people will put perfume on their ankles. It's also good to keep pulse points like wrists and neck better too, given how the pulsing helps the perfume work too.
Now when it comes to skin vs clothes. Apply mainly on skin BUT you can still apply on clothes, it won't project as much BUT it will stay on longer. Just please make sure you're not using dark coloured perfume on your clothes, they'll stain. The most extreme example I can think of of perfume that will stain is:
The liquid is very dark so it'll stain like hell.
Some tips also include applying perfume when your skin is right after shower, moisturizer also really helps perfume cling to your skin. Those are optional though and I've worn perfume in other circumstances too.
Also don't spray cloud, like when people spray a bunch in the air and then walk through it. It doesn't really work and wastes perfume.
And lastly don't rub the perfume into your skin, just let it dry on its own.

If you’re European, in a couple of weeks you will be denied any and all access to fandom contents on Tumblr and everywhere else on the internet. Here’s why.
On June, 20th the JURI of European Parliament approved of the articles 11 and 13 of the new Copyright Law. These articles are also known as the “Link Tax” and the “Censorship Machines” articles.
Articles 13 in particular forces every internet platform to filter all the contents we upload online, ending once and for all the fandom culture. Which means you won’t be able to upload any type of fandom works like fan arts, fan fictions, gif sets from your favourite films and series, edits, because it’s all copyrighted material. And you won’t also be able to share, enjoy or download other’s contents, because the use of links will be completely restricted.
But not everything’s lost yet. There’s another round of voting scheduled for the early days of July.
What you can do now to save our internet, is to share these informations with all of your family members and friends, and to ask to your MEP (the members of the European Parliament from your country) to vote NO at the next round, to vote against articles 11 and 13.
