You know, when I see fictional characters who repress all their emotions, they're usually aloof and very blunt about keeping people at a distance, sometimes to an edgy degree—but what I don't see nearly enough are the emotionally repressed characters who are just…mellow.

Think about it. In real life, the person that's bottling up all their emotions is not the one that's brooding in the corner and snaps at you for trying to befriend them. More often than not, it's that friendly person in your circle who makes easy conversation with you, laughs with you, and listens and gives advice whenever you're upset. But you never see them upset, in fact they seem to have endless patience for you and everything around them—and so you call them their friend, you trust them. And only after months of telling them all your secrets do you realize…

…they've never actually told you anything about themselves.

writers and artists will go "this isn't good enough." my brother in christ, you're creating something new out of nothing and expressing yourself creatively. your productivity and unrealistic standards of perfection do not define you or the worth of your art. you're doing great.

Hello, my creative people, so I've done Silvermist, and now I give you Vidia the fast-flying fairy of pixie hollow, I hope you all enjoy today's Fanart Friday ☺️

Really spoiled for choice, here! 5 great movies to pick from (I consider Pixie Hollow Games a TV special, even though it's great, and Lost Treasure knows what it did.)

The first movie would've been great completely on its own without any sequels afterward, Great Fairy Rescue has some of my all-time favorite moments but unfortunately suffers from being uneven, and then the latter three films are solid gold.

Secret of the Wings would be the easiest to vote for if there wasn't a Pirate Fairy, which in turn would be the easiest to vote for if there wasn't a Legend of the Neverbeast.

Had to vote Neverbeast, in case it wasn't obvious. :) But I think it speaks to how excellent the Disney Fairies movies were that it's such a competition to decide which one is best. So many other film series never get this many great ones.

Anyway we found the rock man USB drive the girl rock with a flower loved and then we saw a flashback to the past when they were water and then they were killed in the war and like it was REALLY ROMANTIC!"

Cream and Cheese just stare at her, as Sticks sobs: "It's so beautiful... They were rocks... IN LOVE!" 😭
