Alright. To follow up on my immediate reblogging of long posts on drama upon returning to this blog--which I’ll admit was initially for that reason alone, as I am personally doing horribly right now--I want to say that no matter who is originally to blame for a conflict like this, no matter who threw the first hit, it is never okay to go out of your way to attack anyone else, or tell them to die, or tell their friends to choke on shit. When my cousin first got me into this band, she told me to stay away from the fandom. I originally thought it was only because of the ship wars, but I’m starting to see what she really meant. If this post cycles around to the people I’m talking about, they know who they are. If you personally know who I’m talking about, do not go send them hate mail, because it’s not going to fix anything, and all you will do in such an act is make the problem worse for everyone involved. You lot are incredibly talented people, and for shituations to get twisted around this much, you’ve got to be smart. So use those qualities to try and clean up messes instead of making more out of spite, for the sake of everyone.

That with all the things going on, we need to learn to love and work together. Yes, there have been things that have been saddening to most of us, but we must learn that through time, we can get the power to love.

Not hate. Hate is something that can grow on one, but here. No hating allowed!

Please, stop threatening others just because of their opinions. We all have opinions are things, no matter what. Yes, with a certain topic going on. Everyone makes mistakes, that’s what makes us HUMAN! 

Learn to love one another, and let the power grow. We do have the power, remember? There are amazing and talented peeps in this fandom. We can’t break down what we already started! Remember that there is someone that loves you, and someone that enjoys whatever you do! Negativity is a no-no. Positivity is the key!

do i care about anything else being said about me? these half-assed screenshots? no, not really.. but something i won’t actually stand for? is people trying to accuse me of pushing someone into fucking suicide. that’s not okay. 

@animelover161001 has made defense posts to several other anti-2nu posts who have put their hate in the 2nu tag. check it out for yourself. while i’ve reblogged a lot of anti-2nu posts, i only made 1 anti-2nu post myself right after the strobelite video. i did tag it as 2nu. she personally reached out to my post. i only responded to one post of hers, after i looked at her blog and saw her old problematic posts:

that’s the only interaction i’ve had with this girl, and i noticed it was the same case for the blogs she tagged in her suicide-guilt post. i would never consider a fucking minor a pedophile, what the fuck? i’m not really sure if she received any nasty anons, i really hope not because she’s literally only 15 years old. it seems as though the situation at hand was she kept reading and replying to anti-2nu posts. i sent her an ask off anon within the same hour she made her goodbye post that it’s not okay to have tagged me in a post when i never called you a pedophile or pushed you to be suicidal, i just do not like 2nu. i told her to stay safe and get off the internet for a while if seeing so much anti-2nu in the gorillaz tags harms you that much.

here’s some of the dangerous ideals she’d promote on her blog that are still on it, including the time murdongnippals tried to expose her post as homophobic even tho she claimed to be bisexual.

because of this exact situation, i decided to delete almost all things anti-2nu off my blog. at the time of the incident, i had around 400+ followers and knew that my posts regarding it where bound to be read by 2nu shippers that i didn’t want to upset to the point of harming themselves.

don’t you EVER fucking say i pushed anyone to be suicidal. i hate all in band ships, i will continue to go out of my way educating people as to why they are harmful, but i would never in my fucking life go as far as pushing someone to suicide over a FICTIONAL FUCKING RELATIONSHIP!? are you fucking crazy? seriously?

wouldn’t it be nice if we were just normal people, yeah?
