my motivations to lose weight!!
so i wont compare myself as much to others
so i will be able to always fit cute, small clothes
so i wont worry about my stomach
so people will like me more
so if a boy ever likes me ill be small and dainty for him
so people will be amazed at how small i am
so people wont even believe i can weigh so little
looking cute and thin in pretty dresses!!
summer/warm weather!!
so i can learn to love myself
so i can feel happy
so i will look effortlessly good because of how small i will be
so i can be guys' crushes
so people will admire me
so people will talk to me more
so people will worry about me
so i can be small and fragile
so people might be jealous
revenge on the guy who played w me (bonus!)
and also..
so i can workout without hating it
so i can be less hungry
so i will have more self-control
so i will be more active
so i will look good in photos and videos
I am determined to do this, even if I fail one day, I will get on track the next.

Why I love soup 🍜 🍲
🍜 Campbells tomato soup is 70cal per serving and Campbells chicken soup is 80cal per serving. There are soup powder mixes for 23cal per serving
🍜I can make a big batch of clear soup for the rest of the week and it only adds up to 150 cals per serving for the day (broth, carrots, chicken, spinach, beef included)
🍜I throw away the noodles from instant noodle cups/packs and just have the soup, it’s probably 70cals for the ones I get and you get so full you low-key have to force yourself to drink it
🍜Could put a lot of nutritional stuff in soup and make it bland so you reduce appetite.
🍜Liquid foods are easier on the digestive system so you’re less likely to hold water retention from carbs or digestive processes
🍜It’s volume eating. The more soup you drink (low cal ofc) the more volume you take in, the fuller you are, the more satisfied you are because it’s food.
🍜You could add other low cal high volume foods to the soup to feel full. Girls love to do the cabbage soup diet it’s cabbage water some salt and onions I think?
🍜You could eat it on the go. Putting soup in a thermos to sip through the day would genuinely reduce your caloric intake by a lot.
🍜You could get away with restricting in public. People don’t stop to think that soup is low calorie so if you bring soup everyday they’ll just think you’re quirky, or even that you’re eating a lot. Which is so helpful around family. If you really want to hide your restriction, a pack of Konjac/shirataki noodles is only 16cals per serving and accounts for a lot of volume
🍜Last but most importantly, you can make your carrot/zucchini/beet/eggplant slices into hearts or flowers by using a mini cookie cutter. How cute is that! 💗♥️🌸🌺🌼
