*Ophelia came to a locked room. Curiously she used her ability to unlock it and she stepped inside. There she sees Dr. Starline napping. And of course, her being a small girl with the mentality of, well, a thirteen year old, she thinks he's a plush.* "Oh, a cute Platypus! I wonder who's it is?"

She then picked him up to get a better look at him.

"Mistress Ophelia, I don't think that is a good idea."

Dr. Starline was startled by the sudden hug, mistaking it for in attack.

"Ack! Have we been breached!?"

Upon seeing it was Ophelia, he calmed down.

"Oh, it's you... You're Teseo's friend, aren't you. Don't sneak up on me like that. I almost sicked Metal Knuckles on you."

(Metal Knuckles looked like he was ready to attack.)

"No, no... It was a false alarm, M.K. She's a friendly...

"Now, you mind telling me why you disturbed my nap?"

Obake could feel the glare. With his reputation, it's something he's used to by now. However, he focused on the task at hand, and he was quite intrigued by what he discovery.

"Extraordinary... Your abilities are more powerful than I expected.... And I believe that's where the problem lies..."

Realizing he was being vague, Obake explained himself to Ophelia.

"So, from what I discovered, I have a theory; Your abilities are too powerful for your body, which is why just the slightest use of them brings you pain. It's a good thing you came to me about this, because if you ever used them for anything extreme, there's a good chance the results would be, for lack of a better word, fatal...

"Fortunately, this is something I can easily work with. The solution is so simple. All I need to do is create inhibitors for you. This will allow your powers to flow through them instead of you, allowing you to use as much power as you want without bringing any pain or harm to you. And with the resources we have here, I can indeed create inhibitors that are powerful enough to withstand your power.

"I will get started on building the inhibitors. In the mean time, Ophelia, try not to overuse your powers until they're done."

"Like I promised Teseo I talked with Nana. She wouldn't mind chocolates as a gift, but from what I heard what she really wants is to play a video game side by side with someone special to her. Something about recreating a moment... Anyway, as for your end of the deal I want you to create a physical body for Arcaneman, but I want to still be able to turn him back into data for easy access whenever I want."

"I advise you do as miss Ophelia wishes."

"Oh don't be like that Arcaneman. Teseo and I are friends now right?" Ophelia said, knowing that her friendship with Teseo would benefit her in the long run.

"Play a videogame side by side? I can do that!"

During the conversation with Nana some time ago, Teseo took her advice and got himself a Gameboy Advanced so he could play Gala-Omega with her, it being her favorite game and all.

"Thank you so much, Ophelia. You don't know how much this means to me. I'm no good at making chocolate, so I may have to go steal buy some. And as for giving Arcaneman the ability to become a physical being and back to a program at will is something I can definitely do. I just need to borrow your P.E.T., if that's okay."

Background: The former leader of QUILL, and the original Azure Striker. Asimov was captured by Sumeragi as a child and was experimented on. Despite previously being a human in the past, his mistreatment from Dr. Kamizono and being treated like a monster caused him to harbor hatred towards all non-Adepts. During an accident that caused his powers to go out of control, he was able to finally escape, and eventually rescued another who was a victim of the Artificial Adept Project, the boy we know now as "Gunvolt."

Gunvolt's once father figure would soon turn into one of his greatest enemies, as upon the take down of Sumeragi, Asimov made his move and showed his true colors. After Gunvolt sneaks inside Babel and defeats the leader of Sumeragi, Asimov reveals his true desire: to destroy every non-Adept. After failing to convince the fellow Azure Striker and his friend to rule with him, using Copen's gun (whom he encountered, fought, and defeated on the way there), he attempt shoots both him and Joule dead, but only killing Joule in the original timeline. Although he tried to sneak back to Earth via Babel, Gunvolt manages to catch up to him and have a climactic showdown with Asimov, with Gunvolt being the victor. Before the final blow could be struck, however, Slur saved Asimov via a dimensional rift.

Now part of Slur's army to rule the Multiverse, Asimov once again tries to enact his plan to ride the world of non-Adepts, though discovering how there are other super humans other than Adepts in the Multiverse, his plan involves ridding the world of non-super humans.

Due to both the bitterness he felt upon having his plans foiled by the boy he once thought of as a son, and not wanting to lose to him again upon learning Gunvolt has joined RiFT's team, Asimov has gone far enough to become the same kind of monster that turned him and Gunvolt into adepts by experimenting on humans to create more artificial Adepts.

The members of Slur's army came together once again for a meeting.

"Alright, everyone. You all know we have some new members on our team, so I thought we all should be acquainted to them. Go ahead and introduce yourselves."

"Ooh, ooh! Me, first! Me, first! I'm Rosy the Rascal, and I'm Scourgey's future wife!"

"No, you're not!" Scourge yells, "You're an insane brat who needs a straight jacket!"

"Aww... You say the meanest things, Scourgey!" Rosy said endearingly, in a twisted kind of way, "I definitely need to hug you and crush you later."

"Next, please..." Slur said in a tired tone.

"Very well. I shall go next. Greetings, everyone. I am Dr. Starline. I am the new ruler of the Eggman Empire, though I guess it's the Starline Empire now. I am far superior to that has been, Dr. Ivo Robotnik, AKA, Dr. Eggman. In my dimension, he gave up that name and now goes by 'Mr. Tinker.' Now he helps the heroes! What a waste of evil genius potential. This is why Eggman Nega is the superior Eggman. He knows what it means to be an evil genius."

"Why, thank you, Starline," Nega said, "You'll go a long way. I can see it."

"I appreciate the kind words," said Starline, "Now, this is my second in command, Metal Knuckles. I reprogrammed him to be absolutely loyal to me."

"..."

"Impressive," said Obake, "And I assume that machine used to be one of Dr. Eggman's?"

"You'd be correct, Obake." Dr. Starline answered, "Due to his foolishness, he overlooked Metal Knuckles when Metal Sonic rebelled against him that one time. That made it all the more easy to make Metal Knuckles my new henchman."

"You're a platypus after my own heart, Starline," Obake said, "I, too, reprogram robots to make them my loyal henchmen. That's how I got Ultron Sigma here. Why don't you say hello, my friend?"

"Greetings. I am Ultron Sigma, ruler of the Ultron Mavericks, and loyal servant to Master Obake."

"Man, it's still hard to get use to hearing him call you 'Master,' Obake." Teseo said.

"Next," said Slur.

"Alright, I will go next. I am Dark Empress, Queen of the Darkloids. I was once known as 'Roll,' until I repeatedly used the Dark Chip ShadeMan dropped. Now I'm the most feared Net Navi in all of the Net. I control all the viruses, and every Darkloid is at my command."

"Ah... A story much like my own... I think we were made to rule together, my Dark Queen..."

"Heh heh... Perhaps we were, my Dark King...'

"Sheesh! Get a room, you two..."

"Awwww, I think they're an adorable couple... Just like us, Scourgey!"

"In your dreams, ya pink psycho!"

"Alright, let's wrap this up."

"I am Asimov, the original Azure Striker of 'Project Gunvolt.' My goal is to create a universe of Adepts and Super Humans. Anyone willing to convert into an Adept, come to me, and I will give you incredible powers."

"Alright, that should be everyone... Other than Ophelia and ArcaneMan, as well as Black Dog and the Master of the Heel, but they have matters to take care of at the moment. Anyway, now that we have introductions out of the way, it's about time we act. I will need you to all to go after RiFT's team. I will focus on finding new members and increase our army, while you try to decrease RiFT's army by destroying as many members as possible. RiFT and his band of misfits are what stands between us and ruling the Multiverse..."

Abilities: Empress Flash, Empress Control, Empress Slash, Empress Charm, Barrier, Dark Chips (Dark Sword, Dark Bomb, Dark Stage, Dark Recover, Dark Cannon, Dark Lance, Dark Vulcan, Dark Spread, Dark Tornado, Dark Circle, Dark Meteor, Dark Thunder, Dark Sonic, Dark Invisible, Dark Plus, Dark Drill, Dark Wide Shot.)

Background: Not to be confused with the Evil Empress Roll from the anime universe, this version comes from a branching timeline in MegaMan Battle Network 4. Instead of pointing out the Dark Chip to MegaMan, Roll instead keeps it discreetly and shows it to Mayl instead. They both had the same idea as Lan in the canon timeline and show it to Mr. Higsby, who gives them the same warning as he did to Lan and MegaMan. Unfortunately, when Roll was about to be kidnapped by the stalker Navi, she used the Dark Chip to protect herself. At first, the affects were minimal. Roll liked the power, but was still herself. But after constant uses of the Dark Chip during the Eagle Tournament, Roll was getting more and more corrupted by it until she became a full fledged Darkloid. Now terrified of what Roll has become, Mayl couldn't accept a Darkloid as a Navi and parted ways with her. Heartbroken by her operator's abandonment, but too corrupted by the Dark Chip to change, Roll abandoned her old name and goes by the name "Dark Empress," and much like Dark Mega, became the ruler of the Darkloids in her dimension, as well as the ruler of many viruses.

Upon meeting Dark Mega, Dark Empress and him hit it off rather fast, both from her previous crush on MegaMan when she was still Roll, and because they both have similar backstories. She also sees Rosy as a little sister since she's one of the few people who enjoys the Anti-Amy's antics.

Due to her constant uses of it, the data of the Dark Chip fused with Dark Empress' data, so she can now use it's power without the need of a physical Dark Chip. She also has enough power to rival even Dark Mega, who she plans to rule the Multiverse with.

Master: Obake (Due to a mind control chip implanted in him.)

Abilities: Death Ray, Melt Blast, Fatal Swipe, Blaster Drone, Smash Drone, Protonium Emitter, Flight, Destruction Wave, Encephalo-Ray, Sentry Legion, Energy Sword, Enhanced Sigma Virus (Now locked up by Obake due to being too dangerous.)

Background: Coming from an branching timeline where Ultron Sigma won, this monstrosity created by two of the most dangerous androids in the whole Multiverse was to be recruited by Slur. However, she was smart enough to know that he wouldn't come quietly, and formed a plan with Obake to use one of his microchips to control him. Now that the deed is done, Ultron Sigma is completely loyal to Obake.

Despite this, Ultron Sigma still has his terrifying personality and power, and is one of the most powerful members of Slur's Multiverse Army. With his own army of Ulton Soldiers and Mavericks, Ultron Sigma will be a dangerous foe for to RiFT and his team.

Due to the dangers of it, Obake locked Ultron Sigma's ability to use the Sigma Virus so none of the other members would be infected by it. Although this means he can't create more Mavericks, he already has more than enough as is.

Ultron Sigma still has his disdain for organic beings who aren't Obake (due to mind control), but has it under control since his motivation is to please his new master.

Background: A creation of Dr. Eggman's that was put away in storage after Metal Sonic's rebellion, Dr. Starline found him and reprogrammed him to be his loyal servant and second in command of the new Starline Empire.

Like Metal Sonic, Metal Knuckles was not given a voice box, and focuses on doing whatever his master (Now being Starline) commands. He only takes orders from Dr. Starline, which means anyone who tries to tell him what to do must have Dr. Starline's approval before he's willing to carry it out.

Background: Once a loyal fan of Dr. Eggman and his work, Dr. Starline aspired to be like his idol. However, coming from the dimension where Mr. Tinker remained Mr. Tinker even after regaining his memories of his life as Dr. Eggman, Starline considered his idol being "murdered" by Mr. Tinker, and tried to destroy him, only for RiFT to rescue him before the deed could be done.

During Mr. Tinker's absence, Dr. Starline took control of the Eggman Empire, and even reprogrammed Metal Knuckles to be his obedient second in command, while giving his dimension's Sonic and friends a lot of trouble.

Then one day, Dr. Starline was visited by Eggman Nega, who recruited him to join Slur's army and help rule the Multiverse together. Now seeing Nega as a superior Eggman to the one he used to idolize, he was quick to accept the offer.

Having much respect for his fellow evil geniuses Eggman Nega, Obake, and the Analog Man, Starline feels right at home in Slur's army. The only "genius" on the team that mildly irritates him is Teseo since he's still an immature teenager who only seemed to have joined the team for the "LOLZ," as he put it.

With the robots of his former idol under his control, Dr. Starline will do everything in his power to help Slur and Eggman Nega rule the Multiverse.

Abilities: "Scourgey Senses," Incredible strength (How else can she carry that heavy hammer effortlessly?!) Super insanity!

Background: The Evil Anti-Amy from Moebius. She has a very twisted sense of love for her "Scourgey Poo." The mentally unstable pink hedgehog, while harboring much resentment for Scourge for ignoring her all her life when she was "younger," still wants to marry Scourge so she can show him her love by crushing him with her hammer anytime she wants.

Upon recruiting Scourge, Slur noticed that the self-proclaimed King of Moebius was a rather rebellious individual, so she brought Rosy on the team to "Keep him in line" since she was the one person who Scourge was truly terrified of.

How Rosy became so insane was due to trying to become older with the Anti-Acorn Ring so Scourge would finally notice her. Unfortunately, the jolt from the ring broke her brain, and now she's a psychotic maniac with an obsession to crush things, especially if it's her beloved Scourgey she gets to crush.

Most of the members of Slur's army detest Rosy for being so mentally unstable, but it's nothing compared to the disdain and fear Scourge has for her. Despite that, she formed a special friendship with Dark Empress. Both of them are evil counterparts of a blue hero's love interest, and both are feared by many in their respective dimensions. Rosy actually looks up to Dark Empress like a sister, which would have been adorable and wholesome if it wasn't for the fact that she is a psychotic maniac who will crush anyone with her hammer just for breathing.

Unlike Amy, who eventually matured, Rosy gets even worse and much scarier with every rejection Scourge gives her. Unable to take no for an answer, she will crush her Scourgey Poo if he doesn't accept her twisted love, and will crush anyone who gets between her and Scourge.

"An interesting question... Although I'm not one for relationships since I'm a superior being... I must admit that Obake's intellect and Motivations truly seem to resonate with me. He's like a more intelligent Dr. Regal.

"As for who I hate on the enemy team... Probably my stupid brothers... Especially RiFT. So much power, yet he uses it to serve lower beings. What an insult..."

"Glad to know we can get along, Slur. I have always found you fascinating... But as a brilliant mind who loves potential, Eggman Nega is a man after my own heart."

"The feeling is mutual, Obake. I do have respect for Dr. Starline and the Analog Man."

"You're supposed to be talking about the enemy members you hate, lover boy. Anyway, probably no surprise to anyone, but Mr. Tinker is my arch nemesis on the enemy team. I got over the grudge of him 'murdering' Dr. Eggman ever since meeting the superior Eggman Nega. That doesn't mean I don't want to show him up. What about you, Sync?"

"I think we can all assume he hates everyone equally, teammate and enemy alike. Anyway, it seems we reached our limit, time-wise. We need to get back to our plans of taking over the Multiverse."

"Intruders, Lord Brevon! Solo and Gunvolt have Broken into the Dreadnought!"

Breaking through the door was Solo and Gunvolt.

"Hands off my apprentice!"

"Oh... I'm afraid you're too late. The procedure is already done.You're apprentice is already an Adept..."

Gunvolt's eyes widened when he saw who it was who did the procedure.

"You...! It can't be...!!"

"Well, if it isn't my old pal, Gunvolt..."
