Pairings - Clarisse La Rue x Fem! Reader
An - i promise I’m not dead 😭
It was 30 degrees out. While you hands were normally cold to the touch right now it hurt to even bend your fingers, like everything inside your hand was stiff.
Camp half blood was able to control the weather surrounding the camp so why the hell did they decided to have winter in the middle of spring?!
The only thing that brought any sort of heat was the Burgundy Arizona university hoodie that you had stolen from clarisse a few months back. Letting out a small groan you walked into the arena trying to find your girlfriend.
It wasn’t hard, she stood tall and proud as she sparred with her siblings. Swinging her spear around she slammed it into the side of a poor boy named Damien all while fending off the opposing girl coming at with a sword. Swinging her spear underneath the girls weapon she flung it across the arena before kicking her down, pinning her blade at her neck.
You slowly clapped causing her to bring her attention to you. Her proud smile grew wider as she ran over to you. “Hey beautiful” she chuckled taking your hands into hers. “Shit you’re cold” her tone showing her worry.
“Yeah I’ve noticed” You sarcastically responded, stepping up and placing a kiss on her lips. Clarisse had always been like your personal body heater. On cold days like these you would normally cuddle up with the stronger girl, but right now she was preparing for the upcoming camp war games. You took your hands away from her grasp wrapping them around her body while tucking them inside her shirt.
She happily embraced your hug though was a little confused. “How Cold Are You Jesus”
“Shut up” you laugh was muffled into her shirt. she smelt like pine needles and ash, a more masculine scent but you still loved it. Squeezing your body against hers she kissed your cheek before pulling back slightly.
“Better?” You nodded letting the girl go. “Go sit on the bench and look pretty, it’ll make me work harder” she grinned as she returned to her spot in the battle set up.
You took a seat now warmer than before, just enjoying as you watched clarisse show off just for you.

you and clarisse broke up a few months ago. clarisse had requested for you both to stay friends and you went along with it out of wanting to keep her in your life. biggest mistake. things just got harder for you. everytime clarisse did something, you asked yourself ‘what are we?’ in your head.
today was no different. you were sat next to clarisse with her hand around your waist. she said it was a reflex and you shrugged it off. this wasn’t the first time this had happened, and it always left people thinking you both has gotten back together. but.. you weren’t back together, you two were just friends.
moments like these kept occurring. whether it be on accident or on purpose. you couldn’t stand it anymore. your even thought that aphrodite, your own mother was against you. you weren’t at peace with yourself and there was no closure in you and clarisse’s relationship.
“clarisse? can we talk?”
clarisse turned to you, her arm already wrapped around your shoulder. she nodded, slightly concerned just from the look on your face. you pushed her arm off your shoulder, standing in front of her instead of beside her.
“i.. cannot do this anymore. i thought i would’ve been fine being friends with you but, i.. i can’t.”
“why? i thought you were-“
“no. and i need this to stop, now. i can’t keep thinking that if i wait long enough you’ll love me again. i.. i simply can’t do it clarisse. i don’t think i can be friends with someone i thought i’d spend the rest of my life with.”
your answer left clarisse stunned. it was rare for you to confront her like this, so this was new.
“i-“
“no. from this moment onward, we are to never speak to each other. ever. i live my life, and you live yours. we are never to cross paths, ever.”

I adored Sidney Prescott, I love her, I still hope they don’t kill off her character but I will not be watching in theaters. I had a certain energy when neve got left and I thought I wouldn’t like scream 6 but I changed THAT. Now though? I’m gon keep that same energy now that someone got fired for being against GENOCIDE. I’m one who still thinks that it’s neve’s franchise but we need to remember what’s going on here. You think it’s just a movie when it’s helping silence people. They’re distracting you from what they did by finally giving use neve. For me, it’s too late for that.

Disappointed in neve 😭 and now suddenly people are calling us fake fans for not supporting it like ??? did they know what happened or...
FR! Someone on tt said someone wasn’t a real fan for not going to watch it like- how? The person just doesn’t support actually seeing it in theaters for OBVIOUS REASONS. And as for neve- lowkey pretty down😭the only reason I found out was cus someone on wattpad was going OFF! Like I can post a ss! But that fr gets me even if she isn’t a Z*onist cus she’s working with people who are! She walked off scream 6 for not getting paid enough then walked right back when they probably offered her whatever Melissa was gonna get paid. She’s one of my favs(still, I THINK) but even I’ll say this was flip floppy. This wasn’t showing her worth either if she doesn’t support what they do.
