I think that Lancelot's jumps are supposed to put more strength in the sword strokes but in that scene he hold the sword in an odd way, like it's not in the right position. I think that his best choreography was the one for the fight against Arthur, it was fast, graceful and brutal; the one against Gawain is not bad either but their movements look a little awkward as if they were holding back
