Forgive the not-so-good editing job, but I’ve seen a translation of this floating around, and in it, some stuff is left out (or cut off), or is actually incorrect and implying things it probably shouldn’t. So this is my version of what the data on the paper says, and I tried to be as literal as possible, in this case. It’s pretty rough, but gets the ideas across.

Translation notes and explanations to commonly issues (like “Does this mean that Makoto Yuki has siblings because he’s the ‘eldest son’?” The short answer: no), that I’ve seen floating around are put after the cut to save space. It’s a bit long.
