Zoe needed to do this. She needed to thank the woman for all that she had done with words and gifts. All of this seemed so one sided to the young witch -- Zoe hadn't done much for Myrtle but Myrtle had helped Zoe with everything. She brought Kyle and Madison back for Christ's sake. As she approached, she heard the annoyance in blonde's tone. "It's me," She breathed, "It's Zoe." She continued to walk forward, ignoring the early warning. "I came to uh, to thank you." She took her backpack off and set it down in front of the witch, "--that's all for you. I figured it was the least I could do. You've given me so much and I haven't---I haven't returned that favor very well." The backpack was filled with food {especially those bagels} and water. 

"So," Zoe shifted, "Whose that--...under there?"                                                Ah - awkward small talk.

      Tipping her watering can over freshly tilled soil, she made sure to cover every last piece of burnt flesh.

      She knew how it felt to be burned alive; she knew how powerful it was to take that first breath after rebirth. Such a fragile women beneath soft dirt, soaked with murky swamp water.

      The footsteps quickly approaching didn’t need to know what it was she was doing, they shouldn’t have been on her land at all. “I don’t have much patience for visitors right now.” She offered, her southern drawl a warning.

She was playing with fire and she knew it. This was not a smart idea on Zoe’s part. "You don't scare me."                                                                           Bite your tongue, Zoe. This is a b a d idea.  "You don't," She repeated, more for herself than anything. She couldn't believe she was talking to Fiona with such attitude. This was going to bite her in the ass and she knew it.

You don’t kno—"                  Oh, but she probably did know and that’s what made Zoe’s stomach churn. She’d try a new approach. “So what if you know? That doesn’t bother me.” She figured Fiona was looking for some sort of reaction and Zoe was still skeptical about wether or not she had anything to do with Madison’s disappearance and death.

"No, no," Zoe adjusted the black witch hat on Mae’s head, "Just trust me, it will put us in the mood for…this,” She gestured to the spirit board.                  

Poor, poor Mae. This was a bad idea - Zoe knew that. She was, not so subtly making fun of her own kind. That being said, she was also painfully curious. She wanted to see how the spirits would react to something like this…something so blatant.                                                                                                           “Are you in in or out?”
