In Eminem's song My Darling, near the end, you can ever so slightly hear his voice behind the deep voice he was talking to for most of the song. This implies he could've been hearing things, or talking to himself, AKA Slim Shady. This is why the voice is so deep and menacing. Afterall, the album the song comes from, Relapse: Refill, is about Eminem's drug addiction, and hearing voices is part of the symptoms of being high on illegal drugs.

Eminem was sued by his ex wife, Kimberly Ann Scott, in August of 2000 (assumed, couldn't find an actual year and only found the month) for 10 million dollars after he released the song 'Kim'.
The song she sued him for was very violent and included a woman occasionally screaming and whimpering while Eminem yelled at her, accusing her of cheating then trying to kill her. Some of the lyrics include:
"Sit down, bitch! You move again, I'll beat the shit out of you!"
"Don't make me wake this baby! She don't need to see what I'm 'bout to do!"
"There's a four year old boy laying dead with a slit throat in your living room!" (馃槦)
"Come on, get out! (I can't! I'm scared!)I said get out, bitch! (Let go of my hair! Please don't do this, baby! Please! I love you! Look, we can just take Hailie and leave!)" (words with parenthesis around them are what kim is saying)
"Don't you get it bitch? No one can hear you! Now shut the fuck up, and get what's coming to you! You were supposed to love me! Now bleed, bitch, bleed! Bleed, bitch, bleed! Bleed!" (when eminem is telling kim to bleed, you can hear her choking)

Eminem's 2009 album Relapse is one of, if not the most, disliked albums he's released. Even Eminem himself doesn't like it.
"Relapse is something that I looked after a couple years, went back to and cringed at. I didn't realize I was doing that many accents." -Eminem talking about Relapse in a Kamikaze interview

In Eminem's song "Just Lose It", he referenced Michael Jackson and his child-molestation accusations many times in the lyrics and music video and Jackson was very upset about this. In an interview, Jackson said the following:
"I am very angry at Eminem's depiction of me in his video."
"I feel that it is outrageous and disrespectful. It is one thing to spoof, but it is another to be demeaning and insensitive."
"I've admired Eminem as an artist, and was shocked by this. The video was inappropriate and disrespectful to me, my children, my family and the community at large."
Many of Jackson's friends were also angry, Stevie Wonders calling it "kicking a man while he's down" and "bullshit". Steve Harvey said "Eminem has lost his ghetto pass. We want the pass back."
