Back when I did my dub of this, I wanted to convey Sonic is dreaming of the most traumatic moments in his life. What I included were as follows:
Zavok taunting Sonic as his friends are dying. (Lost World)
The Vision of Tikal. (SA1)
Sonic and Chip's encounter with Dark Gaia. (Unleashed)
Shadow defeating him to get the last Chaos Emerald. (Shadow the Hedgehog)
The kiss. (06)
Infinite defeating him. (Forces)
Cosmo's death and Tails' heartbreak. (Sonic X)
Eggman launching him from the ARK. (SA2)
His first encounter with Silver. (06)
Metal Sonic's sacrifice. (OVA)
The first Sonic movie trailer. (You know the one)
And Amy screaming at the end was just supposed to be a generic "Amy screaming" thing. In fact, I recycled one of Elmer Louise's Amy screams from a previous dub. It wasn't until afterwards that I realized, since they're married with kids at this point, maybe it's watching her go through childbirth? I guess it's left up to the imagination.
You can barely hear some of these scenes play out in the dub, but if you listen closely enough, they're there.
