౨ৎ Hey so disclaimer, today was metabolisim day, so I allowed myself to eat more and kind of went looser with calories. For lunch I had sandwhich with kefir bread and egg, ham. Then for dinner a small bag of corn chips, and some bread sticks with ham.౨ৎ

I felt really fatigue today so I didnt workout, but I did walk a lot and a ton, so :) back to working out tomorrow.
