Forever pissed at being robbed of the first few months of Fitz and the Fool’s friendship. When Fitz grew accustomed to the Fool’s strange advice and ability to always know what he’s thinking. When Fitz realised that, oh hey, this guy is weird and sometimes he’s mean to me but we’re kinda friends I think and I guess I’m happy about that. 

But no, for some bizarre reason, Fitz doesn’t bother mentioning this. The first we know of it when he tells Chade. Why, Fitz? Why did he not think that was important? Lord knows he tells us literally everything else.

(but then the next time we actually do see them talk is when the Fool mellows a bit and assures Fitz that Patience never really hated him so I guess that kinda makes up for it)
