Plant Pun Drought

So there’s a lot of plants just chilling everywhere in The Cheeky Unicorn and Sosig can admire them all.

I require plant and leaf-based puns for when Sosig looks at plants.

The cheesier the better.

I swear I’m not dead.

I fully intend to have something to post on the 20th, even if it’s just this cover, I’m starting this comic on a solstice dammit. I need to sleep now, but I might put on a stream tomorrow to motive myself to get this done, even if no one shows up. I’ve got a plan and a deadline.

So I started a keto diet about a month ago and things have been going pretty well. I noticed I've been baking a lot and trying any keto recipes I could find. It's been an adventure and I've barely put a dent in my substantial bookmark folder, so I thought it might be interesting to blog about my attempts. I know I haven't posted much art lately (inktober hit a substantial roadblock, but I do hope to pick it up again) so if I get any negative feedback about this I'll probably move it to a different blog. In any case this is a calzone recipe from a modified fathead pizza dough. (I'll edit in a link when I'm at my computer). It came out great. Next time I'll probably use more meat and try not to fold the ends as far (east way too doughy). My dad also suggested using thin sliced ham instead of chunks for the ham and cheese one. Overall I think a good fathead dough is pretty hard to screw up, as I've tried three different recipes with pleasant results so far. Things I've learned: Punching the dough and twisting is the best way I've found to integrate flour into the cheese mix.

Inktober Day 2: Noisy So it's technically not the second anymore but close enough.

So it turns out linoone can only learn swift when taught by a move tutor in gen 3 or 4......

I’ll be trying to do inktober daily based on this list, all pokemon themed. It’s a learning experience!

I think I’ve settled on Chase for his name, but don’t be surprised if it changes again. Anyway I wanted to draw him in a rare moment of quiet contentment. I haven’t decided what types of music he likes yet, just that he enjoys listening, often during class, when he isn’t sleeping.

I was getting frustrated with how certain sites cropped my icon to a circle, so I made a new one specifically to use on those sites.

Still working on the pokes, but I needed a break so here’s an Arsen. I’m trying to work on more dynamic poses.
