anyone know how to suppress stomach growlings? its so embarrassing getting them in the middle of class! Ive tried just drinking water but it doesn't work and i dont wanna break my fasts so i cant eat anything??? does nic help for some reason? or anything really .pls help!!!!!!

Yesterday i did half an hour of workouts
2,5L water and around 500cals (same as the day before that)
Today im on 500 so far (will update at the end of the day) praying i dont binge
My birthday is in a month and i need to reach the goal
I was binging like crazy the past few months and not drinking any water . Like 3,500 cals a day and maybe 3glasses of water .Would it be possible to lose 18kg in a month by reducing the cals to around 500 or even less if needed ,doing a bunch of workouts and etc. I can starve only on the weekdays because of school.

Im extremely jealous of my skinny friend. She eats whatever she wants and shes so so thin its annoying just looking at her. Making friends more easily than me because shes thin and pretty or shit. I know if i lose it all i could be even prettier than her and get more friends and people will pay more attention to me. Im just irrelevant at the moment and it's agonizing.
