Am I like, one of three Hannibal fans who doesn’t want a season 4??? Idk, I feel like the ending was really good, left a lot up to the imagination and trying to put anything down on script would spoil that? Also it’s been so many years that if they confirm any one of the many theories, everyone else is gonna be pissed
There are a lot of older fans who do not want another season for very valid reasons. If you know you know, I won't go into it because it triggers the worst of this fandom to become hostile towards anyone who brings it up.
I love the way it ended, I've never seen any show that came back a decade later and actually be good, so I want them to leave it alone. But also, I'd still have to watch it just in case Hugh and Mads finally press their lips together.

I don't know if this was obvious and I was too stupid to see but when bilbo says "I'm willing to let it stand against my claim" for stealing the arkenstone and thorin answers with "your claim? you have no claim over me" I always thought he was saying that because he felt betrayed by bilbo, which he did, but he was being his usual dramatic dragon self in my eyes
but when I think of arkenstone as thorin's heart it makes sense. he ripped his heart (the arkenstone) off his body (erebor) and gave it to them, and then justified it by painting it as his claim of the treasure
and it was bilbo who did it. the one he trusted, the one he already gave his heart to. in a sense he showed he is untrustworthy of holding either of his hearts. no wonder he had tears in his eyes
