I was inspired by @jezifster's recent question about non-gendered royal titles, and I put together this graphic to serve as a jumping off point for people writing monarchies in SFF !
Obviously this non-exhaustive list contains mainly western titles, all in English. Feel free add any on additional gender neutral terminologies that you can think of, including those from different languages and cultures!
A small addition: I'm not a linguist or historian and put this list together based on some quick googling! While you're free to flex the usage and meanings of these words however you choose, researching the real-world context of each term before using them in your own writing is a best practice.

Hi I want to know more about Valkaraucë can you tell us more about him.
Valka is kinda hard to talk about without giving spoilers for him but I will try and word this carefully
Much Like Mairon and Melkor change there names he changed his to Valkaraucë It was previously Rana before Feanor set his families house a light for not following him and backing him up.
Rana died making Mandos reembody him as one of his maiar giving him the name Valka not soon after Melkor got Valka to join him promising he could practice necromancy as Mandos looks down upon it.
Some how Valka keeps on getting reembodied as before he was an elf he lived in a kingdom I created called Amandor which got destroyed and he was called Tirmo there.
Rana had a Brother called Ithildin who is a doctor a Vampire doctor as Valka and Ithildin are both Vampires.
before Valka took up the art of necromancy he was and still is an Exorcist.
He has a Douli hat which he wears which is covered in seals, Sigils and talisman
during the third age he gets a redemption so he joins the free people of middle earth he is a sort of project for Lord Elrond to work on as he wishes Valka to do good.
Most of the time Valka isn't even near Lord Elrond he is in the green wood hiding from Elrond.
He makes friends with Rilmion a Ghost which wanders the greenwood and since either because he is a vampire or an Exorcist he can touch him while most people pass right through him, and they eventually become romantically involved.
Mairon also blinded Valka during there time in Angband, which means Valkas senses adjusted to be able to see with his senses and without his sight.

Personality:
He’s mostly cold and harsh especially in the days in which he served morgoth, but he slightly opened up after going under the care of Mandos after Morgoth and Sauron fall as he saw there was no use in fighting a battle he could not win but that didn’t stop him from plotting behind the Valars back against them.
He is a dark and mysterious character who doesn’t let many know much more than his name, especially as he was labeled the dark mist which leaves spider lilies at the graves of those who it takes he was a superstition to the race of men one used to scare there children to sleep or he would take you and leave a red spider lily in your place, he freaks everyone out when he appears, given he approaches silently people easily forget he is there.
He even works with the free people at the end of the second age which saw the corrupted having spider lilies when they are found dead the next morn.
Appearance:
A man which is made of mist or crows nobody truly knows as he dissappares as a murder of crows or a bunch of mist beneath the mysterious demeanor just lies a shell of a puppet who is forced to dance in a world he does not belong in, he mostly wanders around from each elven settlement since he was ‘reformed’
Background:
Believe it or not Valkaraucë was from a once noble clan of Noldorian elves, but Feanor set there houses a light as they did not side with him when asked leaving a lone suviour who was picked up by morgoth after wandering over the helecraxe by himself the child like mind was easily influenced into the left hand of Morgoth becoming a puppet to his schemes
