Look, @miwachan2 in my case it's not anxiety, but I know some tips that might help you (mostly with depression, but it's similar):
1. Take time for yourself. If it means being offline for some days/months, be offline.
2. Do something you enjoy. Drawing, singing, reading, writing, dancing.. it doesn't matter if you're great at it or not. It makes you happy? Then it's more than enough.
3. Realease your feelings. Cry, laugh, get mad.. but never blame yourself.
4. INMF. It's not my fault. Say it. Write it. Shout it.
5. Ignore and avoid negative/suicidal thoughts. They're a part of the problem, not the solution to it.
6. Spoil yourself. Take a long shower, eat something good, take long naps.. it's mind-setting, I swear.

Alchemy? What.. what was even that? She assumed that he was talking about magic.
“Well, it's just magic. As normal magic, but darker. Really useful, to be honest.”
She could bet anything that he wasn't from Mewni, in other case, he would know what magic is.
Eclipsa started wondering where he might be from, until...
"...see if you are scared of me..."
“Well, as you see, I ain't scared. I know it turns down all I said before, but I've done worst things than 'taking someone's tooth out'. So yeah, don't worry about that. And yes, you can just call me Eclipsa. It's shorter, easier to say and doesn't make me dizzy just to hear it.”
As she saw him trying to look "tougher", she wasn't able to hold a little and adorable laugh.
“Right now, you look so much like my husband when we were teens. I'll let you know that it doesn't work.”
She smiled and looked at him, it was a really funny pose.

That was new even for her. She tried to read any book about her to know what people was gonna assume when meeting her for the first time, so she knew about the baby-eating thing and all the stuff that people thought about her.
“And the honor is all mine, in any case! You can call me Eclipsa, that's more than enough.”
She smiled and then sighed.
“That being said, there's no need to be scared of me. A half of what you might "know" of me, is false, and the other half doesn't even make sense. Do you think a woman that has a 1-year-old daughter spends her life eating babies? I don't know who thought about that but.. it's ridiculous.”

"All of it"
Her fears were right. Meteora remembered anything, there was nothing Eclipsa could do now. She hated to see her little princess ashamed of what she was. As if she was something that needed to be hidden. Ha! Maybe what had to be hidden is everyone's cynicism towards anyone..
It was so sad that the only time Meteora was fine was when she was doing something that wasn't right at all. But she wasn't gonna blame her. Never.
"A second chance"
“I just gave you what you needed. A life. A real life.”
She sighed and looked at her daughter.
“I just feel so bad when I remember you had to endure it all alone.. and I wasn't even there for you. I wish I did.. But now I can! So whenever you feel 'out of place', tell me! Tell dad! Tell anyone you want to! Please, Meteora! You're not out of place! This is your place! You belong here! And that's a fact!”
Something about the whole 'out of place' thing was really upsetting. Not to mention it was completely unfair. Now it seemed that if you didn't fit in some characteristics, you were 'out of place'. If you weren't the same as others, you were 'out of place'.. in short, you had to be everything that everyone wanted you to be if you wanted to be treated equally. Eclipsa was raised in a society that was already like that, and she had hoped that, 300 years later, it would have changed. It didn't. And now it had harmed and kept harming the person she loved the most.

Eclipsa was trying to understand that. What Meteora said made a lot of sense and still, was completely surprising. Sure, she had her little suspects about Meteora knowing something, but she never thought it'd be that much.
Then, a chill ran down Eclipsa's spine, as she imagined Meteora knowing the worst parts, remembering them.
All the mental abuse she was subjected to, all the effort she had to try to hide who she really was ... or even what Eclipsa did to her. If her daughter was able to recall those feelings... There was no doubt, it made her existential questions be more and more.
“Meteora, really. I swear you I'm not here to judge you. If you need to talk with me or you need answers, I'm here to help you. And if we all acted like if you knew nothing, it's because it's what it seemed. But there's no need of hiding it. I think it's completely normal that you remember this, maybe you would like more to have forgot it, but we can't help it and we'll have to deal with it as we've always done with anything. Together.”
Eclipsa was trying her best to smile. But she was rather terrified. What if Meteora ended up hating her? Surely what Eclipsa did to stop Meteora was extreme, but the only useful way to save the kingdom, or the restant part of it. But what if Meteora didn't think it was a good reason.
Well, now Eclipsa had a lot of worries, that was something easy to notice. She just held her hand to make her know she was there for her, for better or for worse.

Eclipsa gave a little laugh.
“That's not the way it works, but I don't know how to explain you..! And don't worry, those crystals were really good for skin! So I take those years as well spent.”
She was so relieved that her daughter was feeling better, even tho it was just a little better. That was all she wanted.
And Eclipsa would have felt so bad if she had made her daughter feel way worse than she was already. She just looked at her daughter, silent and quietly. Admiring her. Then she smiled, this time, really smiling.
“You are the most precious thing I've ever created in my life, did you know that?”

Okay, that was a hard one.
As long as she knew, there wasn't more people like her now. But Eclipsa knew the point Meteora was aiming at. She was talking about the future.
“I'm.. not sure, Meteora. I'm not gonna lie. I have no idea. And I get how you feel, dear, but that's something that can change and probably it will change. Whatsoever, I can't promise you.”
Dang.. she is the worst mother ever. Now her daughter was having an existential crises and she wasn't even able to do something. And the feeling of knowing that Meteora was going thought all of this was her fault wasn't helpful neither. Because she knew what Meteora's life would be even before she was born.
There was only one escape.
“Wait.. Oh, corn! Why didn't I think about it before? Of course there'll be more people like you, Meteora! The princess of the Spiderbite Kingdom is dating a monster, I think they're even gonna marry or something.. that's the example I can give you..!”
Okay, that wasn't a great answer. Well, humor was the only real escape now.
“And, if things get really extreme, dad and I are still in the age of giving you a little sister!”
...

On the ground... geez, why did Eclipsa feel like, all of sudden, she did something wrong? Well, maybe it was because her daughter had slept almost the whole week on the ground and she did nothing. Not that she could do anything neither, but.. that little detail was gonna be stuck in her head for a while.
“Well, you're lucky, I guess!” Eclipsa giggled a bit before continuing “I've cleaned and prepared your room top to bottom. Don't worry anyway, I know that there are things you don't want me to touch and I respected that, but at least you're gonna sleep properly tonight!”
Though it was hard to see, Eclipsa was really proud that her daughter survived the whole week without her parents. She didn't know why, because she knew Meteora's abilities, but she was.
“And well, it's really interesting what you said about animals, dear! It's been a long time since I've went to that part of the forest but.. I don't remember seeing anything like that!”

Eclipsa listened to the tale quietly. Thinking of how to react, to be honest. The bare idea of her daughter chasing a bird was funny, she'd assume that, but still made her worry a little. She imagined her daughter running into a tree and that took all the fun out, but Eclipsa still managed to force a smile for her daughter.
“Well, that's quite a weird situation! At least you didn't end up too harmed, that's something. But I get you, you are teens. Extreme situations demand extreme solutions. And well, where did you end up sleeping?”
That was one of the facts that worried her to another level. The first couple of days, it was hard for her to remember that Meteora wasn't gonna sleep at her bed.
You can't blame her, tho. She had never been separated so long from Meteora since.. well, we all know since when. And that definetly left some kind of trauma in her. But when Meteora told her about her plan of going to that camping trip, seeing the eagerness in her eyes, Eclipsa wasn't even able to say 'no'.
Her daughter needed to be free, Eclipsa was accepting that. Slowly, but she was accepting that. And seeing Meteora so happy was what she needed to know that she was doing things right.

When Eclipsa heard the door opening, her body was on autopilot. She turned to where the sound was coming from and smiled when she saw that, what she had been waiting for all week, had finally been fulfilled. She almost jumped out of the chair she was sitting in. Meteora had returned.
“Mom! I'm back!”
There she was.
Even though her daughter had texted her every night so she wouldn't worry, she needed to see her with her own eyes. And when she did so, Eclipsa ran all the way to her daughter and gave her the biggest hug on this or any other world. She didn't even mind her looks, because, well, she still looked happy and that was really all the matters. She'd have the whole day to take a shower and fix her clothes, but Eclipsa needed to know everything about Meteora's trip now.
“Oh, darling! I've missed you so much!” When she finally released her, she stared at Meteora, still smiling. “Well, tell me everything! I want to know that stuff that happened to you!”
