after learning about DJ and Ty this morning, I immediately started listening to the podcast so here are a few transcriptions of DJ talking about Ty to his cohost:

Episode 2:

I do pride myself on being able to hear somebody out. I think you know who your tribe are and who your people are when you can hear them and it doesn’t feel threatening to you when they ask you things. That’s how people who I’m closest to know how to communicate to me. “I notice you do x, y, and z, in a completely neutral way, like, can you explain that to me?” And one of the things you didn’t do, but Ty did for me, Ty Olsson, did for me, is he sort of would be like, “It’s interesting that you will like, we’ll go out together and then you’ll go and be a social butterfly and then you’ll come up to me and be, ‘Don’t leave me. It’s basically you saying you don’t trust me and you’re making me prove that I’m your friend and love you and you absolve yourself of the responsibility of doing anything back or even starting the conversation.’”

Episode 3:

“I’m not a regular sender of [dick pics]... but years ago, well, not years ago, I think it was last year, I was at a party, it was my dad’s birthday that day, it was a pool party, and my friend was like, “Send him a dick pic.” And I was pretty lit up, and I was like, “I’m not sending my dad a dick pic! I’ll send Ty one, though. So I pulled out my phone and went into the bathroom and took a dick pic and sent it to Ty and said this. and I didn’t take the picture of front of people, but I sent it and said this: This was the last dick pic I took before I left Vancouver. I miss being in Vancouver so this photo is very sentimental to me and I want to share it with you. 

So I sent it with that and forgot about it and then he sent me back, “That’s the nicest thing you’ve ever said to me.” And I’m like, Ty, do you think I have a sentimental dick pic? 

The amount of delicious bridgerton family banter we get in this season is everything. Just give me an entire season of just their banter and chemistry and I’d be happy

They are really leading up to Benedict’s season and if this season doesn’t end with a masquerade I will be so disappointed
