Since I've drawn the Zelink family, it's just that I've thought of this scene of Bluey imagining Link and Inara playing in the schoolyard while waiting for Sonia and her mother.
I'm sure Link wouldn't be able to answer her question XD
Goddessdammit Linky, pull yourself together!!
I headcanon that after the "The Dragon's Tears" and "Crisis at Hyrule Castle" quests, Link's behavior is so erratic and self-destructive that Purah and the sages strap him to chair and make an INTERVENTION!!
They are WORRIED!! 😢
Poor Link misses Zelda so much💔💔💔
It needs an older version of Link and Zelda, but also of Sonia and Inara.
Zelda goes all over the kingdom, now as queen, looking to help her people, always with Link by her side, and many times her daughters, now a little older, also accompany them to get to know the land of Hyrule.
Sonia is the spitting image of Link before finding the master sword, a cheerful and wild girl.
Inara loves to record the things she sees in her travels, she always goes with a book ready to write and draw.
Apparently, in the original Pokémon movie script Mew would deeply hate Mewtwo for being a clone of him "you're just a copy" the little bastard would tell him XD.
Inara was the first to unlock her powers, at 4 years of age, this clearly surprised her parents, especially Zelda, who was very happy for her.
However, this saddened Sonia, as she thought she would also manage to unlock her powers and make her mother happy. Zelda has never pressured her daughters to unlock their abilities, as she did not want to repeat her father's mistakes.
But Sonia still pushed herself because she wanted to make her mother happy.
Without thinking Zelda, comforted her daughter, that it didn't matter when she unlocked her powers, the important thing was that she would be a happy child, and if she wished, Zelda would teach her how to unlock her powers.
Meanwhile, Inara felt bad for her sister, it was not her intention to hurt her, but Link stayed with her to explain that she should not feel bad for having unlocked her powers before her sister, the important thing is that now she can help Sonia in case she wants to insist on unlocking her powers.
At the end Sonia went to hug her sister and congratulate her on unlocking her powers.
Something I always found interesting, were the stories of Link when he was just a kid, beating adult warriors when he was only 4 years old.
So I decided to add a story like that to the Zelink girls.
Sonia 6 years old and Inara 4 years old, one day they arrived at the door of his house, where his father was waiting for them, Link had to resist the urge to pull the sword out of his back when he saw the two girls on top of a bear.
-Hi daddy!" exclaimed both of them as if they were riding a horse.
Zelda in her travels to support the reconstruction of the kingdom, surely she was accompanied by her daughters, one day when she went to see the flower field, she did not have the heart to tell her daughter Inara that she could not make bouquets of flowers to give to her, her sister and her father.
And she also doesn't have the courage to tell Magda that someone has touched and plucked her flowers….
One of the situations that I know would occur, would be Link and Zelda trying to explain why their parents are over 100 years old (in Zelda's case many more XD).
Link takes his daughters to what used to be known as the shrine of life, where he was reborn in a wild and beautiful Hyrule but in constant danger of disappearing.
Sonia makes too much noise to be able to catch a fairy, her father explains to her that she must be quiet and let the fairy come to her, so she can catch it.
