Im sorry, did someone just say NEW HELLRAISER TRAILER? Did they bring back Doug Bradley? :D
No Doug. At least they hired an actor this time, though, instead of someone fitting Doug’s measurements.
The financial reality of the series is such that they can’t even afford Doug Bradley at this point. That doesn’t mean that it’s another cheap grab at the rights like Revelations, either. Partially because the rights are kind of dissolving after the Weinstein Company went under and even though this was shot two years ago for very little money, it will be the first Hellraiser since III to be released by a different studio–in this case, Lionsgate.
There’s still an aspect of this that’s worth championing for Hellraiser fans, though. Gary Tunnicliffe is a fantastic makeup artist who made the decision to get into FX the day he saw the original Hellraiser in theaters. He started working in as many FX houses as he could, until a year later he was on set for the final days of shooting Hellraiser II, just helping out the effects guys, doing grunt work, etc.
He made enough of an impression to become a key part of the makeup team for Hellraiser III and took over as the head of the effects department for Hellraiser 4, and has remained the lead FX artist on every single Hellraiser since. And now he’s directing one.
Yes, the franchise isn’t remotely at the financial level it should be. Yes, we should have Clive Barker’s reboot instead. Without a doubt. But as a fan of that world, of those movies and the people who made them, there are still some things to root for here.

2. Click on the 17-108 link (Restoring Internet Freedom)
2. Click on “express”
3. Be sure to hit “ENTER” after you put in your name & info so it registers.
4. In the comment section write, “I strongly support net neutrality backed by Title 2 oversight of ISPs.”
5. Click to submit, done. - Make sure you hit submit at the end!

IT (2017) was amazing! About a clown that embodies your greatest fear, it has extremely creepy and WTF moments. Left me shocked at various scenes, not to mention the some parts of the plot are just heart wrenching. Go watch it at a theater near you!
