I want to track my workouts more and eat less ugh yesterday was better than today. Also going to be adding more to my workouts as i build myself up im used to only doing arm,back,and legs absolutely hate doing abs.Omg i literally binged i did not need those 2 tacos, takis, and juice. That juice went down the drain today bc it is messing up my calorie intake only drinking water and low-0 cal drinks!

Recipes for low calorie but filling meals🥑🍋🥒🥬🥗
Hash browns (breakfast, lunch, or dinner)
1)Cut up potatoes (1-3 depending on hunger)
•smaller potatoes contain 110 calories
2)Season your potatoes
•I use salt,pepper,old bay seasoning, paprika, and garlic to give it a spicy flavor
•wet potatoes instead of using oil to still get them crispy and to get the seasoning to stick
3)Air fry your potatoes
•390 for 15 minutes
•check on your potatoes throughout this process if they are not crisped then allow the timer to go off and add an extra 5 minutes

Morning workout:tennis at 7:20 and finished at 9:10 don’t know how many cals burned we did different workouts+rallys

Diary:
After dinner I really didn’t feel that hungry and actually felt pretty full while still maintaining my goal of only eating 3 digits of calories! Tomorrows goal is to eat lower calorie snacks and meals also to not eat after 7 going to buy some groceries tomorrow🥬🥒💋
