It can be really difficult for people to talk about their accomplishments and impact
But discussing things like your impact can be incredibly important for your career growth.
Consider when you write your resume: You're not going to list off a bunch of points about why you're so mediocre or how "okay" you are at something.
Nope. You're going to pick the highlight reel of your career -- or education + projects, etc... if you're new in your career.
The same thing when you're having internal conversations regarding your performance.
Talk about your impact. Talk about your collaborations. Talk about how you learned from failures.
You're allowed to be the center of attention when talking about your career -- It's not selfish.

That's because Base64 is NOT a compression algorithm. In fact...
IT'S THE OPPOSITE!
Your data will roughly be 1.37x the size when it's in Base64.
Why would you use Base64 if it makes your data BIGGER?!
