Denzell was the oldest child in the family who travels the world as a pokemon trainer and rock/punk musician while he tries to find his true purpose. He also volunteered on the side as a recuser against poke'mon abuse and poaching. Denzell recived Nolbat from his father as well and it was a shiny. His father is a dragon type trainer and wanted to start a traditional that each of his children first pokemon will be Noibat like he did. Denzell loved his two little sisters dearly like a good brother would, he even would bring gifts for them from his travels as well. Denzel tried his best to look different from his father since he hate his father at the time. He got his scar as a child when he was trying to save his Noibat who was stuck with vines in a tree after trying to escape, but he slipped and fell as one of the branches hit and broke his jaw, he was 15 when it happened. Absolutely hates his father, who thought "logically", would not cancel his business meeting overseas and did not come to the hospital for Denzell which causes the divorce. Most of his pokemon are dark type except for his Primarina who is very special to him.

During his travels, he caught two so called trainers hurting and picking on Popplio because in their eyes, it was useless and ugly. Denzell bust their bums and scared them off. Popplio would not leave the hole in the tree that it was hiding in. Denzel would not give up until he lured it out with food as he cared for it with his potions and bandages. Denzell tried to let it go back to the wild, but Popplio hesitated. Then, Denzell decided to ask popplio to come along with him and show the world what they are missing with the beauty within Popplio. It cried as Popplio hugged its new trainer. Whenever Denzell and Primarina alone by a lake or ocean, they would sing together which his sisters always playfully fangirl over him. He used to do classical music when he was little, and Primarina was a perfect reminder of those good memories. Denzell met his Galar!Zigzagoon which he nicknamed Star when he came back for a visit with his family and it adored him.

Denzell and Piers actually met one time in their teens. Denzell stood up and defended for Piers and his fainted zigzagoon from a couple bullies and Piers was very grateful and left a huge affect on him. (Denzell was wearing bandages to hide his scar) They both hung out for a whole day at a festival and both snapped each other pictures before one of them went on their way by accident. They both really liked each other because they had a great time and enjoyed each other company which is why they kept the pictures over the years.

Denzell didn't do the Galar Challenges like his little sister, Darla or Dee Dee, who is now the new champion. (Dee Dee's journey would be very similar to the game storyling). Anyhoo, Denzell didn't do the challenge since he wanted to go on a journey to many regions which is why Piers could never find him again in Galar. As a Performer, Denzell is known as Count Z on stage along with his Shiny Noivern as he became a popular punk rock idol. He sings and play guitar. His theme revolves around dark, edgy, vintage, punk, and vampire vibe. However, Denzell does a lot of volunteering as a recuser against pokemon abuse and poaching qnd he tried to keep it a low profile due to fans and press interuptting him. Through screens, cds, and merchandises of Count Z, Piers was actually one of his big fans, not realizing that he was that same boy who saved him.

Denzell came back to Galar when he found out that his little sister, Dee Dee, became a champ and wanted to congrat her. Thanks to her, she introduced him as Denzell to Piers since she wanted to meet some of her new favorite people that helps her. Because of that, Denzell appreciated Piers for his act of kindness and he was attracted to him. Piers nearly flipped when he found out that Denzell was the Count Z thanks to his Shiny Noivern. Piers tried to play cool most of the time around him, but ended up being awkward. Yet, Denzell finds it cute. Will take them a while to realizes that they have already met that would lead them to relationship. That is all that I have right now!
