dear diary,
when i was ten, i went on a family trip to japan. it was so much fun! the first time we got to narita airport, the air was freezing, like nothing i've ever felt before. then we hopped on the shinkansen bullet train. it felt like something out of a movie, super fast but safe. in kyoto, we visited some ancient temples. and when we hit up tokyo, we toured around the city on a sightseeing bus while munching on green tea ice cream, so tasty!
oh, and we couldn't miss disneyland tokyo, that was a blast! then in harajuku, we strolled around, picking up cute clothes, and i even tried on a kimono. going to japan felt like getting the whole package, from cultural sightseeing to just having a blast. if you ever get the chance to go, trust me, you're in for the same awesome experience! :]

dear diary,
back when i was a kid, my dream was to become a baker. i absolutely loved hanging out in the kitchen with my mom, watching her bake delicious cakes. at that time, it felt like there was some kind of magic seeing the dough rise. so, i really wanted to be part of that process, and that's when my dream of becoming a baker started.
and voilΓ ! now, that dream has really come true. i'm actually a baker, making bread, cakes, and tasty pastries every single day. honestly, sometimes it still feels like a dream when i think back to how it all started. but now, being able to make people smile and satisfy their cravings with my creations, it's just an incredible feeling, like, seriously amazing!

β’ reveal your activities!
my day usually starts with browsing various ingredients and items at the supermarket near my house. can't deny it, shopping is definitely one of the highlights, especially when i stumble upon a big discount! then, when i've got all the stuff, i dive into experimenting with cooking using the ingredients i just bought, and most of the time, it's baking cakes. just imagine the aroma of fresh cakes coming out of the oven, instantly makes the day more exciting, right?
then, in the afternoon, i usually take a walk in the nearby garden. not just for exercise, but also to relax while enjoying the beautiful natural scenery. there, i often bump into friends for a chat and to share cooking recipes. sometimes, we even organize cooking sessions together, which is a lot of fun! so, that's how my daily life outside the club goes, no less exciting than the activities inside the club.
β’ hobbies galore!
when i have free time, i usually spend it trying out baking cakes or bread. i really enjoy baking, so i can be busy in the kitchen from morning till evening. sometimes i also like to sing by myself, especially when i'm listening to my favorite songs. besides that, i also enjoy taking care of the garden in my backyard. it really helps me relax and i'm happy to see the plants growing.
when asked what's the most exciting thing for me, it's still baking. it feels amazing to see the dough turn into beautiful and delicious creations. i also enjoy gathering with friends to sing together or play music, it feels really fun. and sometimes, on the weekends, i also like to take a stroll in flower gardens or zoos for refreshment. basically, activities like that make my heart happy and peaceful.

when i want some me time, i like to try new activities, such as learning to make something or playing a game i haven't tried before. also, i enjoy watching series or movies that i've been wanting to watch but haven't had the chance to. it feels really nice to relax and follow a story without any interruptions.
sometimes i also like to go on food hunts for delicious treats to enjoy by myself. i really enjoy exploring new dining places and trying out unique menus. for me, me time is important to recharge energy and relieve the stress from routines that can be overwhelming. so, by doing activities like that, i feel refreshed and ready to face the days ahead.

lylia dearbhail, a girl with a name that holds significant meaning for both of her parents, was born in australia on march 15, 2002. lylia has an older brother who is quite a bit older, 11 years to be exact. when lylia was 3 years old, their parents decided to move to bali for certain reasons. despite initially struggling to adapt to the new environment, lylia eventually found comfort and happiness during the few months they lived there.
during her teenage years, lylia began to take an interest in the culinary world and baking after frequently assisting her mother in the kitchen. she discovered her natural talent for baking and creating unique pastries. her interest grew even more when she started working part-time at a local bakery in bali, where she learned a lot about baking techniques.
armed with the experience and knowledge she gained while working at the bakery, and driven by her passion for the culinary world, lylia began planning to open her own bakery. she wanted to create a place that not only served delicious bread, pastries, and cakes but also became a warm place for everyone.
