Six Kings most wanted: El Guapo, Jacho, and Judas. The main antagonists of Six Kings Low and High rank story lines.
El Guapo is Low ranks main threat, and the Twin Devils are High rank's threat. (more info for each below)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"El Guapo" : An old male Ulunagi that has been named as such due to the numerous scars, breaks and blemishes adorning his body. An Ulunagi turned maneater, he gets most of his meals stealing from hunters and other monsters, sometimes even taking the hunters themselves. He is responsible for dozens of deaths, both of hunters and innocent civilians, and as such has been repeatedly sought and hunted, each time met with failure, each time, making the situation worse. With each failed hunt, El Guapo is able to hunt larger game less and less, and has had to turn his sights to people and their stock to feed himself. Rumored to have also killed the previous chief, the town is desperate, their hunters few and far between, much less those capable of hunting the goliath, so it up to you to take up arms and finally put him down.
"Yacho" : a Yao Kuroyao of undetermined age that has been seldom sighted in the Volcanic Gorge, his impressive bleached gold crown makes him a revered member of his species, this has however changed recently, as his crown is broken, his two great horns cleaved off by his nemesis Judas. This has caused Jacho to become more agitated and aggressive, and in recent years he has been viciously assaulting caravans and the Troverian mining outpost. In light of the assault by El Guapo of the city, Jacho has become a serious threat to the rebuilding efforts, putting even more lives at risk with each passing day.
"Judas the Starblighted" : A large male Djokori that is spoken of in whispers by the southern most natives, he and Jacho have had several bouts, with each sustaining heavy battle scars from each other. Judas has a deep abyssal purple sheen to his ice scales, with his thunder organs giving him an abyssal like look, giving him the title "The Starblighted". After a particularly vicious fight with what is thought to be Jacho, Judas is burned on the right side of his face, his plate horns broken, letting part of his thunder element condense above his head like a twisted halo. He has been a major factor in the avoidance of the Boreal Abyss by researches and hunter, with most parties venturing there being repelled by the monster. The Lynians of the region warn them of the impending end times, where the sky is blanketed in black and the land frozen in permafrost. With how the region has been in recent times, there might be more to this warning than just superstition.

Hunting Locale Icons for the Six Kings maps, ignore the Ruined City its not important and needs a redo. Some further information and explanations on some >>
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Icon inspiration and representations:
- Scarlet Swamp icon is made to pretty clearly show the namesake of the area, a red tree
with green swamp water and cattails, red and green are a large part of the map, being
contrasting colors.
- Boreal Abyss icon is inspired by the "Map of Hell" Painting by Sandro Botticelli. As the
area is already a representation of the layers of hell, the icon should follow suit. Not all
layers are represented, but they also dont fit so whatever.
- GoldThorn Ridge evidently puts both the ridge and the Goldthorn root front and center
with more yellow tones to get across a more arid desert-esque area, which it is.
- Riptide Mangrove is based both on Polynesian iconography and the main gimmick of the
area, where mangroves are so large they create riptides in-between their roots.
- Ruined City is more of a visualization of what I want out of the map, a ruined wartorn husk
of what once a great expansive city, with a moody dull sky and semi contant bombardment of
metors coming from an active volcano.
- Volcanic Gorge was an interesting challenge, it took some iteration, didn't know how to
properly translate a Volcanic Canyon w/o it being just another Volcano, but with some input, I
think its translated pretty well as a bleeding gash in the world, with a jungle thriving on top.
- The Twisting Woodland pretty much encapsulates the area, massive trees sheltering an
ominous fog that engulfs everything within, making it a hazardous labyrinth where getting
lost means certain death.
There is still 2 more maps to do but them, along with the Ruined City are slated for the "expansion" so there will not be much, if any more news on them until much later LOLLLLL

Since its Monster Hunters 20th Anniversary, I thought I should post something I worked on months ago and I super proud of even to this day, The Six Kings Loading Screen!.
Featuring the titular 6 in their respective corners: Istopalltis in the Riptide Mangroves, Ulunagi in the Scarlet Swamp, Baron Lauterix in the Twisting Woodland, Vishal in the GoldThorn Ridge, Yao Kuroyao in the Volcanic Gorge, and Djokori in the Boreal Abyss. While this isnt representative of an actual map, it gives a very rough idea of the district in which the fan proyect takes place in.
Here's to many more years of Monster Hunter!

The main antagonist of #MHSixKings low rank story, an old and beaten male Ulunagi locally called "El Guapo" due to its scars and visible damage.
Will the hunter manage to finally put down the Old salamander, or will they join their peers before them, lost in the endless swamp..

Something different from MonHun, I do like other things ya know.
Minus one kinda reignited what I love about Godzilla so I decided to do my own spin on the King, along with some of his rouges and other kaiju sometime down the line.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A kaiju born out of atomic energy, it stands out among every other kaiju in its sheer power and hatred for humanity. G day marks the day Godzilla landed on the shores of Japan, leaving a flaming gash upon the world. The right side of its body is a constant reminder of what humanity did to him, having been the side that took the brunt of the explosion.
