My headcanon for Karlach is that after a long, exhausting fight to get her a functional replacement for her engine, she and Wyll finally return from Avernus, taking a long, long moment to just. Breathe. Fresh air at last, but this time for good. A huge burst of laughter as she picks Wyll up and whirls in a loop with him, tossing him in the air before catching him and giving him the most affectionate (painful) hug she's ever given.
Years later, she's settled into a life where she's running a tavern funded by Wyll, called the Battleaxe where the plates, bowls and cutlery are reinforced to handle the barfights that break out and there's an extra fee charged for every participant (or you clean the mess up yourself). The street kids come by to hang out with her and call her Mama K. They have dubbed themselves the "Kar-lackeys", aspiring to grow up as strong and fearless as her as she fixes troublesome patrons with a steely eye and a crooked grin before launching them into a pile of outside hay she has replaced every other day due to the vomit.
Her teammates visit her often, Astarion frequently trying to get her to spot him just this once, Gale always bringing homemade cooking that he knows she missed, Halsin bringing her carvings that she keeps on a shelf behind the bar, Shadowheart hiding out there with her on occasion for relief from Sharrans and to share a drink or 5, Lae'zel comparing fighting techniques with her regarding patrons and of course, Wyll, who is always there for her because after all they've been through, how could they part ways just like that? Jaheira's kids are also frequent visitors, with Jaheira there to congratulate her on getting back and Minsc of course to tell her more of what Boo told him.
And once a year, they all gather in her tavern after last call, to share a round together as they sing rounds of the worst ballads they've ever heard. She smiles as she says silently to herself, "Mom. Dad. I made it back."

I'm also imagining my redemption!Durge, who is not someone you want to mess with, covered in blood but wearing a pristine flower crown and beaming at Karlach.

Let's talk about canonical Sebastian
For some reason Sebastian got a reputation of another dark Slytherin who's obsessed with power. Many added him to ✨the Slytherins✨ list. Although in fact he's nothing like Draco, Snape and especially Voldemort. So let's forget about fanons where he's obsessive and possessive and remember some FACTS about him. All based on his behaviour in the game.
He's a brilliant student. Professor Weasley and Scribner both said it. And teachers don't usually praise you for nothing;
He's the BIGGEST NERD in Hogwarts. "What I do with every book. Read it." Had me. He also mentioned his parents tought him to love books. Dude goes to the restricted section not to become another dark lord, but because curiosity in his nature;
He's loyal and protective. I don't even beed to comment on this one;
He is full of youthful maximalism. Which is completely normal at the age of 15. That's why he thinks he knows better than anyone else and hates ALL the goblins just because one cursed his sister (as he thinks);
He expects everything from his beloved. But just because he would do everything for them too. Like risk his life and soul to safe your life? So he doesn't use people, he just thinks it's normal;
He's understanding and supporting. Yes, part of him saw mc as someone who can save his sister. But he only mentioned it once or twice. Beside of that he saw them as partners. When mc said they can't tell him their secret, he understood. He didn't push or try to trick them into telling him. But when they decided to share he was nothing but supportive (although he didn't understand a thing);
Again, he's like super smart. Reading books isn't enough. He actually taught himself the unforgivables and could decrypt Slytherin's book;
He has a healthy self-esteem. He knows his worth and don't have a need to prove something to someone. You can see it in his reaction when he lost in the duel. He doesn't shout about how cool he is (cough Leander cough);
He knows exactly what he wants from life and does everything to get it. Like a good Slytherin he is;
He's not even violent. You heard him screaming? Me neither (expect this one time with Solomon but oh well). Usually he just says he needs some time to think and calm down. He's very mature (If not for his maximalism, but it'll pass). At least more mature than any grown up I know. He only called mc "arrogant", but never screamed or bit anyone.
That's just a few things I could think of! Sebastian is not only cocky boy, who would kill anyone to protect his family. He's a kind, decent person, who only tried to help. What happened was Solomon's fault and not Sebastian's. He was only a child, after all. It was Solomon's job to protect and support them. And he failed.

A little Rex x female Jedi reader thingy cuz I’m bored. 😂
Everything had seemed to play out in slow motion. Of the hundreds of troopers that had surrounded you, it was hard to tell from which blaster the shot came. You were lying on the ground, gasping for breath as incinerating pain shot up from your abdomen and squeezed the breath from your chest. You still gripped your lightsaber in your hand, but you knew you were now useless with it. Rex had warned you about this mission. You knew it would be risky…but you never anticipated getting shot. Your head lurched back as another wave of pain washed over you, greater than the others. You needed a medic…or any kind of help for that matter. Rex, Gregor, and Echo were nearby picking off the remaining troopers; you could hear the sounds of the struggle although your ears were ringing.
“Rex…” You coughed weakly. You knew your voice would never reach him. His focus was on the enemy. But perhaps— perhaps there was another way.
You shut your eyes, and sucked in a deep, shaky breath. Despite the blazing pain coming from your abdomen, years of training at the Jedi Temple kicked in as you cleared your mind, save for one face.
“Rex,” You whispered, desperately reaching for him through the Force.
“Rex,” Your head started to spin, and you were brought back to the chaotic sounds of the battlefield after a moment’s peace. Your eyes rolled back into your head as the wound steadily pulsed with excruciating pain. You felt your hands starting to tremble.
Then Rex shouted out your name. Strong, clear, and distinct amongst blaster fire, and cries of struggle. Your entire body felt like it was made of concrete, but you weakly rolled your head to the side to see Rex dashing across the battlefield to reach you.
It had worked. Any storm troopers that stood in his path he cut down without hesitation as he skidded to your side. He dropped to his knees, and started examining you; all the while muttering curses under his breath.
“Ah no. No, no, no, no, no.” He panted. He slid his arm around your neck, but you could feel your consciousness beckoning to slip away. He looked down at you, his eyes wide and full of fear.
“Just hang in there, y/n.” He whispered. You could hear how terrified he was in his tone.
“Gregor!” He barked. “We need a med pack! Now!” His eyes darted about wildly as you heard Gregor call “I’m on it, Rex!”
“Just stay with me, alright?” Rex looked back down at you. “Stay with me.” His voice was barely audible. With all the strength you could muster, you lifted your shaking hand, and caressed his cheek. He leaned into your touch, and overlapped your small hand with his. You could feel that he was shaking.
“Rex, I can’t…” You gasped as the pain intensified. Rex brought you closer to himself, and pressed your hand to his chest.
“You have to try.” He whispered, his brow creased in sorrow. “Please I— I can’t loose you.”
You knew it wasn’t up to you, but you dreaded all the things you would never see again. The sunrise, the stars…Rex smiling. You loved him more than anything, and now he would never know. A tear trailed down your cheek, and Rex’s breath got caught in his throat.
You wanted to say so much, but had not the strength.
“I’m…sorry.” Was all you managed with a wry grin.
Rex breathed your name, and held you tightly. “No…no, please.” He begged, his eyes brimming with tears. Your head rolled back, and you slipped into quiet darkness.
“Light.” Was the first thing you thought. You were lying against something soft, and there was a white light spilling over you. As you further awoke, your senses started to reboot. Your abdomen pulsed with a dull ache, but you felt comfortable in the position you were in. You blinked your bleary eyes a few times as they adjusted to the light of the med bay. You recognized it to be the one in Rex’s ship. Then it registered in your mind, that your hand was clasped by something warm, and firm. Turning your head to the side, you see Rex, hunched over asleep by your bedside. Your hand was folded between his. You blushed, and your chest swelled with a happy breath.
Straining a bit, you pushed yourself up, and laid your hand on Rex’s shoulder.
He jolted up, and blinked a few times; disoriented.
“Oh thank the Maker.” He heaved when he saw you. He took your hand again, and gently rubbed his thumb across it.
“It’s warm.” He whispered, smiling down at it. You then felt the little wet drop of a tear atop your hand.
“It’s been so cold…” Rex shut his eyes, and tried to steady himself.
You smiled at him, realizing that he probably hadn’t left your side.
“How long were you sitting there?” You softly asked.
“That doesn’t matter.” Rex gave a slight chuckle.
“Yes,” you contradict, grinning. “It does.”
Rex sighed, and sat down beside you. “As long as it took for you to wake up.” He shrugged. Your heart started to beat faster.
“Thank you.” You whispered as tears welled up in your eyes. You blinked and they started to fall.
“There now, none of that.” Rex grinned, and gently brushed them away with his thumb. “You heal up now, you hear?” He asked, regaining his composure. “And maybe I’ll arrange an—excursion for the both of us.” He turned red, and scratched the back of his head.
“I’d like that very much.” You smiled, and brushed a hair back behind you ear. “An excursion for the two of us, it is.”

Star Wars As Star Trek AU
Exactly what it says on the tin. Specifically, Star Wars: The Clone Wars as Star Trek.
The Various Political Entities
The Federation- The Republic becomes the Federation, and the Jedi and GAR are now Starfleet. The Jedi in this AU are typically high ranking officers on ships. The Council are all Admirals except for Obi-Wan, who pulls a Picard and declines promotion for as long as he can. There is no Force, but I'm going to make them more sensitive to psychic phenomena, or in the case of some Jedi, just straight up psychic if the species fits.
The Senate is now the Federation Council, the Chancellor President of the Federation.
The clones are still clones, but because of the general good vibes/hope for a better tomorrow thing Trek has, they all got citizenship as soon as they were discovered. The Anti-Augment laws are just going to be thrown out the window for the most part. Because they inconvenience me.
I don't know, the Kaminoians are all Soongs now, because if anything Morally Dubious and Unethical happens, it's typically the work of a Soong.
The Hostile Superpower- The Separatists either replace the Cardassians or the Romulans, or maybe a weird mash up of both. There is a Neutral Zone buffer in the Outer Rim between the two major powers, but unfortunately a Federation starship violated the treaty, so now it's war time. The violation was baited by former Starfleet Admiral Dooku, who defected.
The Mandalorian Empire- Mandalorians replace Klingons, for obvious reasons. I can easily mash up events and stuff to make them work. Like, the Khitomer Massacre can easily be mashed together with Galidraan, the most major change I'd have to make is it's not known House Vizsla was behind the Massacre. Also, I kinda have a specific plot point for the Children of the Watch that would work with a canon Klingon storyline (please, please tell me your guesses. I want to see if anyone can figure it out from the clue(s) in this post).
Also, I can make Korkie/Alexander parallels, because I am a Korkie Kenobi Truther.
The Mandalorians are ruled by the Aii'aliit (closest thing to parliment or meeting of the clans, literally means clan of clans). Noble Houses are all represented on the council, and those Houses all have vassal Clans. Adonai Kryze is alive in this AU for plot reasons, and he's the High Chancellor of the Council (I'll look up or make a Mando'a title later). Satine's the Ambassador to the Federation, and Bo's joined the Mandalorian Protectors.
The Mandos have had a complicated legal debate over the status of the clones for years. After the Galidraan Massacre House Mereel lost a lot of status, so suddenly giving a House with a claim on the Mand’alor title several million soldiers seems...less than prudent. And what's to say the Clones aren't a trap from the Federation, meant to destroy them from the inside out. The memory of the Dral'han and the Taung Extinction Virus (I'm co-opting the Augment Virus) run deep in their people.
The Hutts- The Hutts are the Ferengi. I...don't really think I need to explain that one.
Resistance is Futile- And, because I enjoy breaking my own rules, the Yuuzhan Vong are now the Borg. That's right, I'm bringing the EU into this bitch. Listen, the parallels between the two threats make it too tempting not to do.
The Main Cast
Aboard the USS Resolute, a Venerator-class capital ship and flagship of the Federation fleet we have:
Captain Obi-Wan Kenobi- A man who just wants to putter around the galaxy with his found family and get into wacky space hijinks. He keeps turning down promotions to Admiral, partly because he feels like taking a desk job will be absolute torture and partly because he doesn't think anyone else will be able to keep Anakin from blowing up the warp core.
While on the surface Kenobi looks like a Picard style captain, he's actually closer to a Janeway. No, I will not elaborate on this, it's just how I see him.
Commander Cody Fett- Obi-Wan's second in command. Hyper competent, under caffeinated, and wondering what he did in a past life to deserve serving on the same ship as Skywalker. At least his Captain is a decent sort, even if he is a bit too crazy. And too flirty, but Cody's pointedly not thinking about that.
Thanks to the Kaminoians' fuckery (I'm undecided on how willingly involved Jango is in this timeline) Cody has trouble connecting with his Mandalorian heritage. He tries to study the writings of Tarre the Unforgettable and participate in the ceremonies and culture, but it's hard. The Mandalorian Alii'aliit hasn't been able to come to a consensus on whether or not the Clones are actually Mandalorian, and House Mereel's disgrace after Galidraan doesn't help matters.
Lieutenant Commander Anakin Skywalker- Head of Engineering. Captain Kenobi's unoffical/official little brother, who got assigned to the Resolute partly because he's such a brilliant engineer, and partly because there's genuine worry that without Obi-Wan there to serve as a functioning brain-cell, Anakin will blow up the warp core.
He's married to Naboo's Representative on the Federation Council, Padme Amidala. Their marriage isn't a secret here, which just means they're insufferable everywhere. Anakin has more demerits from outlandish PDA than from almost-blew-up-the-warp-core incidents, which is saying a lot, because there have been quite a few incidents.
Lieutenant Commander Rex Fett- Head of Security. This poor man. This poor, foolish man, made the horrible mistake of befriending Anakin Skywalker at the Academy and now he gets dragged into all the man's crazy schemes. Said schemes usually involve Rex eventually getting thrown through the air, because of course they do.
He's the designated Ahsoka and Anakin wrangler. Jokes on Captain Kenobi, if the idea doesn't involve potentially blowing up the warp core Rex just might join in with the chaos.
Ensign Ahsoka Tano- I wanna say she's the helmsman. She graduated from the Academy at a young age, and has kinda latched on to Admiral Plo Koon as a father figure. Plo Koon is thrilled by this, because it's Plo Koon. The man once stopped a civil war through pure dad vibes.
She's everyone's unofficial little sister and somehow always manages to finagle her way onto away missions. Her and Anakin aren't allowed to be alone together because they'll probably blow up the warp core.
She programs the best holodeck simulations; a large portion of them are dedicated to combat and hunting (she needs to fulfill the Togruta instincts somehow and it's very hard to do so in space). Some of them though, are just silly things like a traditional Barolian amusement park or Starfleet Academy but everything is a musical (Say, you know the usual "trapped in the holodeck" episode?).
Also she may or may not have a crush on the cute Mirialan junior Lieutenant in Astrometrics. The one that Lieutenant Commander Unduli has taken to personally mentoring.
C-3PO and R2-D2- Honestly, almost the same as canon, but the Trek "what makes a sentient" episodes focus on them. "The Measure Of A Man" is C-3PO fighting for rights not just for himself but for all droids.
Commander Kix Gilamar- CMO of the Resolute. A lot of clone doctors took Gilamar's name, because the man looked at all these sad, small children and decided to care. The clones with the Gilamar name are still under House Mereel, so it's not an added complication legally. (Listen, the whole reason Gilamar exists is because the initial Kal Skirata toy design looked too young, so I'm giving him Skirata's adoption instincts)
This guy has the dubious pleasure of serving with some self sacrificial weirdos. Like, Kenobi's diligent about going to medical, but in a crisis he won't let Kix treat him until everyone else gets checked and treated and Kix is very annoyed by this, because triage. Kix logs the most hypospray sedative usage out of any CMO in Starfleet.

Just realized that the 501st are the class clowns of the GAR - literally most of the named clones in both the show and in the books are known for either being sarcastic, dry & witty, or just straight up funny. Even natborn officers note that Rex is funny when he's not being professional ohmygod

Normalize taking care of men. Normalize holding and kissing them when they’re sad and just because. Normalize doing nice things for them. Normalize genuinely listening to them when they’re upset. Normalize complimenting them and telling them you love and appreciate them. Normalize taking care of your man the same way you would want him to take care of you.
