i accidentally went through the worst withdrawals of my life

i tried to come off of a dose increase after a week, thinking it wouldn’t do anything, but i could barely get out of bed from it

it’s so important to safely withdraw

i had to stop my meds cold turkey because i was unable to get them refilled without an appointment w/ my shrink. and since i was still training at my new job i couldnt take out pto to go see him. so whenever i ran out of my medication that was it.

and now i cant see him until may bc he’s so booked up. so now im on week 2 on the worst withdrawal i’ve ever experienced and i have to endure ANOTHER week until i can see him again. it is impossible to get out of bed. doesnt help that my job already gives me paralyzing anxiety.

life is so shitty rn.
