After losing her husband, Grandma Violet found the big, empty home they had raised their family in had grown way too quiet and sad, so Trent & Meira surprised her by renovating their house and turning the entire upstairs into her own private apartment. This is a residential lot on the gallery, but if you have the For Rent pack, you could easily turn the upstairs into a rental unit and make some income. I tried to limit packs a little. After 10 yrs of Sims 4, there are a LOT of packs lol but hopefully it meets the needs of some of you. Part of the #TS4BDGoodVsEvil Collab! I was one on the "Good" team and was tasked with building a restaurant on the residential lot currently inhabited by Vanessa Jeong. This proved quite the challenge, as the lot is normally a home at the end of a cul de sac. I took "good," the nearby park, and the neighborhood into consideration and thought of an ice cream shop. Being such a large lot, I decided to add in the pool and splash area to really bring in the feel of family fun! I am pretty pleased with the outcome and I really hope y'all enjoy it! I

I've been building this lot (off and on) since before the Horse Ranch pack came out LOL The story in my head with this family/lot is that the VeraCruz family has owned this property for many decades. Originally, it was a small cottage on a pond, with a few crops. Over generations, it has expanded into what is now this thriving horse farm ran by the great-grandson of the original owners. The son of the original owners (and father of the current owner) lives in a small apartment over the garage. I guess I thought that once his wife passed and their son's family had grown fairly large, he maybe let them all take residency in the main house and he has his privacy in the little apartment to enjoy his retirement. I really hope you enjoy!

Please note that this is a very large lot, and as with most 64x64 lots, it is a large file size (2MB). This means it will lag a bit as it loads in the game, especially when you first download it). If you have a slow computer, this may not be the lot for you.

Travel-wagon - Off-the-Grid, Simple Living lot traits "Once a quaint little farm, this now abandoned, rundown plot of land looks like the perfect spot to park the wagon & sit a spell. Hoping the locals will stop by & purchase some wares, so I can make a little dough & head out on the dusty trail to the next destination... wherever that may be." (Check out Maricela in my gallery, the household created for this lot). Maricela Montero, Josefina, and Sombra Maricela is a loner & a grifter... a rolling stone, one might say. She, her dog Josefina, and her trusty horse, Sombra (spanish for 'shadow') have parked the wagon to rest for a while and hopefully make some cash before heading back out to wherever the wind takes them.

Double-Decker Trailer - Newest build/video! NoCC!

This unique 2 story mobile home was built in the early 60s. It's colorful, funky, and incredibly dated, but there's no doubt that the most eclectic of Sims will just love it here! Owner suite upstairs with upper deck. Teen room and kids room (bunk beds), plus space in back for some chickens! Life just doesn't get much better!
