I have this funny image in my head of Oreo seriously calling herself a snack and The Emperor thinking even dirt has more nutrients
This is... actually quite correct.
Oreo would, definitely say that and her brains are more holes, than actually brain.
However, I would personally compare her to a novelty TikTok recipe. The kind of ones that instruct you to boil ramen in Gatorade, marinade your chicken breasts in Nyquil and would likely cause you severe gastrointestinal kind of discomfort.
But while we are here, some fun facts about Oreo
Outside of the unfortunate amnesia incident Oreo has extraordinary memory, as many white dragons do. She won't know what to do with most of this information, but for that she has her squidness partner.
She does in fact has a small horde! It is definitely smaller than one would expect from a dragon her age, but is quite nice anyway. Oreo's preferred types of treasure are gemstones, old historical things of questionable value outside of, well, historical and, curiously enough, the kind of shiny metal contraptions you can find in something like a Steel Watcher. Explains how Gortash won her over back then.
