Ticci Toby

I don’t want to make it seem like this is based off the the tics portion, because it very much isn’t, but he very much can relate to having them so that is a bonus.

What actually is probably the bigger one leaning towards him is the motherly aspect. Toby is rather wreckless and doesn’t tend to take care of himself for a multitude of reasons, someone who is gentle with him and motherly kind of makes him at least want to try.

If you actively try to get him to take care of himself, some things will become a habit faster, like eating at more timely hours of the day rather than everything at midnight and midnight alone. Also may actually be a bit more careful than just running into situations with his hatchets in hand.

Toby is pretty tall himself—about a foot taller than you, so he likes to rest his chin on your forehead and hold you close. Although do tell him if you feel hot, he can’t feel temperature.

Clumsy and impulsive? On his best days, this is him, so he loves going with your energy and it keeps him in these happy states for longer. His more...depressive and aggressive moods really aren’t the best.

He doesn’t understand Wicca at first, but he’s all for getting you candles and things! He’ll do the turning him into a frog joke a couple of times before he realizes more about Wicca and that subject and makes other jokes, mostly about memes he finds.

He knows what it’s like to have a low self esteem, so he always tries to make sure his compliments are not only meaningful and genuine, which they would be anyway, but not given often. Some days he does want to shower you in praise and compliments, but he refrains because he wants to make it known the way he sees you is different from yourself, and make it count.

Even in his more aggressive and depressive moods, he’ll never take them out on you, however it’ll be obvious from either his lack of affection, him being overly affectionate but completely silent, or just a constant scowl of frustration on his face, he’s very expressive of his moods.

He’ll watch you do art, and he likes to follow with the movements of the way you draw, but he does find he sometimes falls asleep cuddling you as you draw.

Hiking and singing is something he’s much more equipped with, and if you’d let him he’d probably also bring you camping. He does get tired but he doesn’t feel pain so he can hike down a long time, so it’ll go as long as you want. Also his voice is pretty deep and even if it hiccups sometimes due to tics, it’s pretty nice to listen to.

Kate the Chaser/Kate—

Kate is a bit on the taller side, so to say she isn’t at least a little protective of you is an understatement. She will glare down anyone who uses your height or anxiety to try and scare you.

Kate doesn’t really get to be a nerd, but with you? She gets to let go of her own walls and actually enjoy things. She likes film just a little bit so she may not nerd out on the same things, but she is happy to listen to you and then nerd out herself.

Comic books remind her of drawing and she may make some mini slender comic sketches for you to read, but if she feels like they creep you out or make you anxious, she’s very willing to just give you regular comics.

They’re stolen, but the comics she’ll steal make for neat presents. She likes to get you Batman comics (or more accurately ones with Robin in them because she likes Robin’s design—specifically Damien). If not that she also likes the Scooby Doo comics.

Don’t let her bear your glasses, she’ll accidentally smudge them but she tries not to. She’ll probably run out and steal other ones, just tell her your prescription before she kills like 9 people.

Kate, obviously, is very fast. So if you’re anxious before you forgot something she’ll kiss your forehead and go get it for you.

She loves to hold you to her chest because you’re shorter than her and she feels like she can protect you from anything. She feels like this is a safe position, so convincing her to be a little spoon will be hard. She likes to be a big spoon.

She cannot cook (well) or bake, even if she once could, she doesn’t have much of the skill do to anything but burn some meat to eat when alone, usually other proxies make the meals. So someone who can bake? It fascinates her and sometimes she just stares over for a minute in pure awe.

She will eat anything you give her and she’ll think each dish is delicious, even if something is bugging you saying you put in too much sugar or too little flour. She will reassure you you didn’t as she eats.

If she sees your anxiety worsen, she may suggest that you run with her a bit. She learned from Brian that exercise helps anxiety. If this ends up hurting you, because trying to catch up with her hurts just about anyone, she obviously will stop and try to make things easier.

She’s also needy and affectionate alone, so she has no problem being there and holding you when alone. When not alone she may be less inclined to be as affectionate, but she doesn’t have a problem putting an arm or two around you. Or just holding your hand.

Let’s talk about mood, as someone who knows how to manipulate a situation—Hoodie knows how to deal with his own mood. So, he most certainly knows how to deal with your mood swings. Does this mean he’ll manipulate you? No. He’ll just be able to adapt to your mood swings easier.

Stress and anxious? College has a ton of people like that and his (pretty much) best friend Tim is also a gigantic ball of stress. So, to say he has more than a few ways to help you cope with anxiety and stress is an understatement. Man wil have a list of ways to help you.

He likes that you’re shorter than him, it gives him a bit of a personal power trip—not in a rude way, but in a “I can get this thing off the top shelf for you, I am so tall” way.

You want to take pictures of the woods? He’ll show you the best spots. Hell, he’ll lead you around at night to take good pictures of the moon on this one place and make sure Slender doesn’t catch either of you.

He likes to look at what you draw quietly. He can be quiet, if not silent, when he wants to be—and just being silent to watch you draw is one of his favorite pass times.

He may accidentally scare you doing that though, but he’ll get mini gifts of good art supplies or a sketchbook or two to make up for it.

Music is weird for him, because on the one hand he likes music, on the other it is a more noisy activity and he prefers the quiet, however, having calm music playing through the room is something he enjoys if he’s doing it with you.

He enjoys reading things with you too, curled up in the woods on an autumn afternoon with a good book and maybe some coffee or something? He adores it. A lot.

He doesn’t mind that you zone out either, he sometimes does that too and if you zone out for awhile he may accidentally scare you a bit when he’s now suddenly coming back having brought ice cream or something.

This seems like an odd out of the blue choice, but hear me out—he can be extremely similar with his moods too. He’ll understand chaotic hyper up moods and chiller lower ones. This means he finds keeping up with you easy.

He’s also very tall, taller than Slender even by nearly an inch (a bit over 2 centimeters), so he also will lift you up. Often. He loves to carry you but if you don’t like it he is very content with not doing it.

He has his own bad moods (or he calls them that), so during days when depression is just that much harder or days when things that remind you of trauma are just too much, he’s there to comfort you.

Also he deals with kids, ADHD isn’t uncommon and definitely isn’t something he doesn’t know how to deal with in more than one person. He will try to help you as best as he can with looking for things, remembering stuff, studying, you name it! He’s ready to help!

This man basically lives with a zoo of animals (in enclosures) around him, he’s a lonely person due to being the nicest of his brothers and one to naturally dislike seclusion, so, animals were a good fix. He takes care of them properly either way though, and will let you bring in any animal as long as long as you help him take care of it. He still mostly does it though, just naturally.

He is a huge Animal Crossing fan and he loves Pokémon too! He is definitely one to watch you play or to play along with you. He finds this time relaxing and it is a good way to wind down.

He doesn’t like horror games, not in a scared way but they just remind him of things he has seen way too often. The only one he plays is Slender so he can make fun of Slender with it, so if you play that game near him expect him to call Slender to watch.

He is the kind of person to hang your art along the walls of his room. He doesn’t want any of the animals he has to ruin it and while he normally has most of the animals in areas along his estate, certain enclosures and things, he does keep two cats, a gecko, and a puppy inside the house. While the gecko doesn’t really leave the tank, the other animals roam free around the house minus is room, where he keeps chocolate and things dogs and cats can’t have.

Very cuddly and loves to laugh with you, joke around with you as well. He doesn’t get to relax often, he doesn’t let himself, so cuddling with you while joking and watching some random cartoon or other TV show is something be treasures a lot. Even just listening to the radio and taking a nap on the couch is something he values so much.

This man is the opposite of overdramatic or oversensitive. A walking stone of semi-seriousness—so there shouldn’t be any issues there. He’s not loud either so that is also a plus.

He’s not a people person either so he completely understands just avoiding people. Not that being a cannibalistic monster already kinda does that for him.

He’ll banter with you, but will obviously avoid things you’re highly insecure about. If he ever upset you he would be quick to apologize and allow you to get him back for it in equally terrible words so you both could laugh at it later.

Animal lover? I bring to you Seedeater—basically Jack’s best buddy. He will 100% let you meet Seed and Seed will obviously like you, so be prepared for days where Seed just wants attention.

Also Lazari isn’t really a kid kid anymore, more of a young teen/preteen so you won’t have to handle kids!

He also has his feisty and closed off moments, so he understands yours and will give you space when needed.

He, also being insanely touched starve, may either cuddle you so much it feels like all you’ve ever done is cuddle or completely just not want to be touched, it will be awhile but soon it will be a lot more “normal” in the affection regard.

He also needs someone who has strong morals because his flew out the window so long ago, to see someone keep their morals is something he values greatly. He seems it as a very distinct determination that he likes a lot.

Okay, so, this was a hard choice, but I think I got it!

Kagekao—

A trickster demon is bound to need someone patient enough to deal with him, because just because he loves you does not mean he isn’t going to not prank you—they just won’t be too cruel.

Too cruel, in this case, means causing any actual injury or being damaging mentally, at most he would scare you—but even then it would be a jumpscare at best. Otherwise? He sticks to the classics of fake gum that is just a wrapper or rearrange your keyboard letters.

He will help you fix it and help clean up though, he still wants you happy after all—you are more than a prank version of a punching bag to him, so obviously he wants to show that to you too. So he tries to make you happy when he can.

Apparently, according to some sources, Kagekao is on the shorter side? Well, he still would be taller than you and just tall enough to plop his chin on your head and wrap his arms around you in a hug from behind.

Surprisingly a cuddler, but you’ll have to mind the claws (he won’t scratch you but he does have to be careful with them). Physical affection is how he shows affection and it’s good to have someone that respects that, although he will give you space when needed.

Someone to cook or bake for him too? That is amazing! He would love to see how you do with Japanese recipes, or how you would do baking some things he sees on the internet.

Homicidal Liu/Sully

Liu and Sully look the same since they share a body and don’t do the Jekyll/Hyde thing of changed appearances (although some say Sully has brighter green eyes, this is probably just because Sully looks less tired). So it is hard to tell them apart and others will praise you constantly for doing so.

However, how you will be able to tell that Sully is in control is that Sully will make fun of your height constantly since Liu and Sully are on the taller side, they’re taller than Jeff even.

Liu is the embodiment of “the sun is evil it BURNS” so he is also pale, you two can be pale buddies together. Sully will try to coax you into getting sun though, surprisingly. Even is the sun doesn’t tan you, he’s concerned that you’re not getting enough vitamin D. Will never admit it though.

Liu and Sully are two people in one body, so you constantly changing but remaining stable? They relate so much and won’t mind when you change your mind about something quickly.

Same goes for changing personalities because Liu calm sweet man and Sully is a...there’s lots of words to describe him, but childish and a bit of a buttthole is kinda two of them.

Sully finds the little faces and movements you make cute, but if anyone ever said that he did he would immediately fight them. Liu also finds them cute and tells you, the day he mentions Sully does too is the day he never finds anything again because Sully will hide all his shit.

Liu also prefers to not really be touched, he’s afraid that he’ll end up hurting someone he loves and cares about—which ends up a whole mess. Sully hates to be touched because his instinct is to fight and get angry, so unless he is initiating touch, which is very very rare if at all, he doesn’t want it.

Sully also has a temper, and will provoke yours a bit, but he always makes up for it with with small gifts, begrudgingly. He will write some cheesy pick up line on it though to just be annoying. These gifts will mostly be new headphones or just music related.

Liu just doesn’t want to get you mad, but he will try to calm you down when you are mad—and boy is he good at it. He has Sully in his brain and Sully can also have a temper, so, he learned quick how to help calm someone down.

Liu was abandoned and left to die by his own brother and Sully was a personality constantly trapped in Liu’s head and forgotten about for months before they just snapped, to say that they understand the fear is an understatement and both will always be there to comfort you if you ever feel like you’re being left out or anything.

Sully will steal Smile Dog on a daily basis so you can play with him. Liu takes the heat for this often but would also do they same until they got their own puppy. Don’t let Sully know that plan though, or else there will be 18 dogs instead of 1.

Is it obvious that there’s a lot who have some aspects of opposites attract? Well, this one takes it to a whole other level. That’s what attracts her in the first place.

Where you are graceful and cunning, she is rowdy and likes to hit stuff with a giant gosh darn hammer, two completely opposite people and she loves it. It keeps her in check and she tries her best to be as impressive as she thinks you are

She will feed you all the attention she can, this may be from her hatred of isolation after being essentially trapped in the mind of her host and reduced to an imaginary friend and knowing that attention feels nice, but she will give you attention.

She also isn’t very touchy, surprisingly. One of the very few things you two have actually have in common with eachother. Her reason has to do with her hating the fact she has the body of her former best friend (Alice) even though technically she is a part of Alice as Alice created her in her head and—it’s complicated for her to explain.

On the occasion she wants a hug or something she will ask, and be okay if you say no. She’s obviously respectful of boundaries because she doesn’t want her own crossed. Also because she doesn’t want to make you uncomfortable in any way or make you hate her but that is besides the point.

She doesn’t notice anything in most people, but you do? Great! She immediately wants to ask you for help with her little murdering fun. If you don’t want to, that’s alright though, she enjoys when you pick her or other people’s brains a bit.

Like seriously, she can let you pick her brain and observe the odd mannerisms she didn’t know about for hours and never get bored.

She’s surprisingly shorter than she appears, but she makes up for it nicely with strength. However, seeing you so tall and impressive astonishes her—she will literally call you an angel.

Pay her a single compliment (which she doesn’t expect regardless of person) and she will remember it for ages. She will just feel so appreciated and loved.

It took her so long to not have so much shame and to see you not care about what others think so naturally??? It makes her swoon.

She knows what it is like to be hard on oneself and she has been that way on herself too, so, she makes sure to pay only the most meaningful and heartfelt of compliments. She may think that the outfit you have on looks pretty on you, but she will hold her tongue if it means paying you a better compliment later. This does not extend to nicknames though, so angel will be kept.

I know this sounds crazy, but he is most certainly someone who needs someone like and yet so unlike him. He needs someone who he can foil onto without being complete opposites

Chess Master

He loves opposites attract when it comes to appearances! He loves it. Even if not in personalities.

Also an introvert and will give you space when needed, he hates extroverts (that’s why he likes opposites attract in appearances and not entirely in personalities). Although he doesn’t hate them because he hates people he just hates extroversion in general

He’s judgemental to rude people, but, not normally—surprisingly. That and he is polite! So, no need to worry about him judging you!

He’s a bit of a daydreamer as well, so if he notices you daydreaming he will be willing to stop talking and let you daydream and gather your thoughts. He will daydream about chess and strategies or life scenarios, so if he trails off during talking—that is what it is.

He stays up, and you sleep—so he may be convinced to sleep if you’re sleeping a lot. He won’t make you stay up though, he does prefer you to sleep if you like it.

Stuttering and anxiety? It’s okay, he knows about it. He was a shy person as a kid and looked it up when he was younger when he heard about it. He doesn’t have anxiety, but he does know a decent amount about it! He’ll try to help when he can.

Once you do get to know him more he is similar, he never shuts up and is the tiniest bit clingy, but he can and will give space when needed/wanted—and just in general. But sometimes he just is a bit clingy.

He doesn’t laugh much, but with you? You can make him laugh. It actually scares the others when suddenly he erupts in a giggling fit at a text you sent him that was funny.

He also loves reading things about fantasy, especially fantasy chess scenes, like in Alice and Wonderland. He will read some or tell you about some things he read that were fantasy and world heavy.

He will 100% buy you books and alt jewelry/clothes. He likes to spoil you and give you things. He’s less physically affectionate but he will cuddle you and show small amounts of good affection.

When he is distant he will make up for it by offering to play chess or strategy games with you when he’s out of his distant mood.

Let’s be honest, first impressions—he’s gonna get hit. He enjoys messing with people! But, he’ll learn when to actually come around and talk with an apology gift that isn’t creepy (probably just some spicy hot chocolate, which I believe is called Mexican hot chocolate? Correct me if I am wrong).

That’s when he learns you’re not just mean and easy to irritate, which while he finds entertaining—he can find that entertainment anywhere. This though? He liked.

He wasn’t intimidated so much as he thought of this as a challenge, but either way, that did change.

He’s not much of a runner since he’s basically like a ghost, but he will 100% make dark humor jokes with you. Although, if it is dumb enough, he will laugh.

He likes to go out to places and just do dumb things that are funny, and sometimes slightly dangerous. He doesn’t realize that though, since he is dead.

100% will trip anyone being an asshole to you with his strings. He’s been known to use them for things other than creepy real people puppets.

His spice tolerance is high, since he is dead. He will ask you for spicy foods to prank others though.

Prank people with him with said spicy foods and he will be happy. Either way though, he will replace your spicy foods.

Also string instrument? The violin especially? Sign him up he is going to watch you practice with a smile. He will recount music he’s heard in the world before as you take breaks from playing.

Also he will, jokingly, offer his strings for you to play on like a violin. He’s probably tell you that they were all e strings, or he may even call them “forbidden b string” when doing this.

Clingy a problem? Well, this isn’t a problem with him as he does have to go out a lot and he tends to do what he does solo, even to a partner he really trusts. It’s destressing for him and he needs alone time too.

Him getting actually, visibly irritated is rare—but even during those times he won’t snap at you and anything playfully dumb or just messing with you jokingly will make him happy again.

Also since he is taller than you, he will make short jokes to tease you. Expect pet names to, things like doll and buttercup. Call him one too and he’ll be dramatic about it and fake a tad bit of disdain to try and get you to say it more. He likes pet names going both ways.

Master of doing hair, he works with his hands and strings to de-stress, so he will be easy to get to do your hair pretty well. It will look pretty, whether it is short or long. He will consider this quality time that isn’t exactly trouble to planning an actual date.

Actual dates may be cheesy though since he hasn’t been in the dating booth in many, many years. He only has learned from little bit. He will make sure you are treated well, though. He does care about you after all. Just maybe not as showy about it in public.

Alone is a whole other story as he is dead and touch-starved, so, a lot of cuddles and hugs. He’s a touchy PDA person in private. In public he can’t be seen, and he just generally keeps a small distance anyway in public—an old habit of his that’ll be hard to break.

Jeff The Killer

Jeff does a lot of things that involve athletics—his job is murder and he is human, so, he had to do a lot of cardio, running, and weight lifting to do stuff he does. So, a partner who can run, is flexible enough for cheer, and actively can spin metal piles with flags on or something that looks like a gun or sword? It works well for him.

Not to say he wouldn’t have a partner who wasn’t athletic, but it is something that impresses him.

Now, he is also a lazy and cunning man. A huge procrastinator himself when it comes to a lot of things (he’ll forget to clean knives or sharpen them often, or to do chores around whatever place he’s in). Yet, somehow, it always gets done in the end (usually because he’s fed up and has a burst of energy). So, he can 100% relate to that. He will give you excuses to procrastinate with him just a little longer.

He won’t let it go into “never getting stuff done” territory. Don’t worry.

He likes social interaction with people, usually whilst killing them, but still! So an outgoing extrovert is someone he can get along with.

Plus you play video games? Sign him up. He likes to procrastinate specifically with video games. He will play with you for an inside date instead of a movie, as movies can get boring sometime.

Someone who makes him laugh is someone he can easily be with, especially as an s/o. He loves an excuse to stretch his smile and laugh. He prefers someone who can keep him laughing.

He likes music (there was a headcannon that he can play certain instruments, which I accept) and since he does play instruments, he’ll jam out a bit to whatever is on the radio with you.

Also, drums are versatile instruments, they’ll hold a beat to anything, so, it’s no problem if it’s pop, rock, or sea shanty.

May I also put in the age old Marching Band theme of a guard member is always with one of the percussion kids (usually a tenor or bass drum)? This wasn’t the biggest reason, but I did think of it while writing. It works for a reason.

Piercings are also cool to him, and he doesn’t mind wearing baggier clothing—his main outfit is a hoodie and jeans. He will gently mess with one of the ear ones when cuddling. He likes physical affection like cuddling, but he’s not obsessed or touch starved.

Pay him back by beating him in Mario Kart and he will be impressed and playfully mad. This will result in adding 1 weird country song to your playlist and letting fate take the reigns from there.

Just make sure to not hide his knives as payback (his good drumsticks will work better) and you won’t make him actually mad.

So someone who doesn’t do it either? She’s happy to accept presents instead! She’ll even give some back when she can.

These gifts will also tend to be rocks or plant-related. Or bones, sometimes human bones. Actually a lot of time human bones.

Her favorite bones to give you are skulls and spines—however, she is partial to giving you whole rib cages that she’ll decorate with dying or dead flowers. It’ll look pretty!

There’s this headcannon that Clockwork doesn’t live in the mansion (for a mansion au) but in the wilderness/woods around. I like to subscribe to this headcannon—so, she would love to let you stay in her slightly-battered tent and show you the best places in the woods.

Also, will try to teach you things to show affection as well! Like how to lure animals to traps, how to build said traps, and how to spear fish with a pointed stick. These will be dates to her.

Or dates will consist of going into the city in her largest hoodie and going to the laundromat early in the morning. When no one else is there, and there will be food.

Also she loves rocks, they help hold a certain level of heat (for cool or warm purposes) so she can use them and a box to preserve food. Although she regrets using them sometimes because they’re a present. She makes it up by getting extra presents.

Also, personal headcannon, Clockwork tends to like time-related animals. (AKA nocturnal animals or those who are only alive during certain months. So, be ready to find a random bat or raccoon in her tent eating some random foodstuffs she had (or attempted to make on a campfire).

She also likes stuffed animals and dolls too, at least somewhat. She’s happy to sew up something on the soft body of a cabbage patch kid or something in a doll dress. She is good with a needle, as she does have to fix her clock sometimes.

She may also learn to make you doll dresses, and yes, the raccoons and bats (that didn’t fight her) will be matching.
