Saw a post where someone says Thomas Sanders “is almost 30 and actively encourages minors to send nsfw art.”
Found out that what actually happened was that a kid who purposefully took their age out of their bio before submitting the art because they were afraid Thomas might get in trouble later forgot about it and re added their age and then people went digging through Thomas’ blog after he made an ace positive post and found it. Dog pile ensues. Thomas apologizes for mistake and says he should have found out the person’s age before publishing.
Y'all have GOT to stop acting like a fucking gaggle of church gossips about this stuff. There is a universe of difference between accidentally accepting something from a minor and ACTIVELY ENCOURAGING it. But someone uses that phrasing and it just gets repeated and twisted even after the minor in question explains what happened.
People already act suspicious of gay men that are just “too” nice and I’m so tired of people constantly looking to prove someone is actually the worst kind of person ever just because they don’t agree with them.
Back up your arguments rather than digging for unrelated dirt.

Marvel Movies are not Marvel Comics
Note to everyone fired up as hell about Hydra Cap, Hydra Magneto and Nazis Should Have Won World War 2.
For a long time Ike Pearlmutter (Trump supporter) and a creative group at Marvel comics were harming the films made under the Marvel Cinematic Universe banner, through things like being notoriously cheap and deciding Black Widow merch was a bad idea.
Kevin Feige led a push to separate the movie and the comics divisions last year, and probably the offensive idea of making Cap a Nazi on the part of the creative group to celebrate Cap’s 75th anniversary had something to do with it.
So please, go see Thor Ragnarok and Spiderman Homecoming and our beloved Chris Evans as Cap in Infinity War if you were planning on it.
By boycotting the comics around the Secret Empire event, you’ll insure it never makes it to a screen in the future, but keep on getting those Squirrel Girl and Ms Marvel and America Chavez books, to prove diversity is not the problem with Marvel Comics.
And there’s nothing the comics division hates more than being eclipsed in the public mind by the success of the movies division.

super excited about the webcomic gunnerkrigg court right now!!! have some queer (head)canons:
kat and paz are both canon bisexual!!
annie is super aromantic. maybe also a lesbian. listen we never see her reacting romantically/blushingly to someone except when she’s trying to trick jack (which was weird imo) and kind of when rey makes insinuations about her and kat. and there’s all those closeups of annie and kat holding hands. honestly annie/kat is my endgame otp
parley is a trans guy. the whole thing with his psychic dad predicting he’d have a son. however he hasn’t really realized yet because he’s really influenced by the opinions of others and doesn’t deal with his emotions well
william is a nb trans girl. that whole thing with her “sometimes forgetting” her gender
(bonus: when parley and will realize their genders will shmitty and janet realize they are attracted to multiple genders??? yes because according to me everyone is gay)
edit: how could i forget?? zimmy and gamma are both canon gay!!
