I'm glad that in some parts of the world, "out with the old" isn't a motto they live by.

Remember...
When we look at art from many millennials ago, we need to remember that these people had no Instagram or Tumblr. They were often commissioned to render a piece based on a client's request.
What you are often looking at is the artist's interpretation of a scene based on a request using the styles and tools of that era.
Never forget it ;)

The former third space for people in the city. They would watch as others fought for their life as entertainment. On the day as "The One" has risen, have we changed? Isn't our source of entertainment still so degrading?

Tuscany was grey and yet so luxurious. Some people get this view for free. How lucky!

If you're going to be in Rome, just pop over to Florence if you can.
