ALRIGHT HERE WE GO

So The last couple of months have been pretty rough for me. My current living situation. I’m living with a friend and his family and i have been for some months. A week ago my wallet got stolen and i lost my id, debit card and 60 dollars all in one night. I needed my ID for multiple reasons but the one big reason was so i could apply for a job and start paying rent here and provide for myself instead of mooching off of the food and facilities here. As the week went buy i got a new ID and debit card! Things were finally looking up until I came home from getting my card to some great news.

Essentially i have one month left at this house before i have to pack my shit and get out. Now this would be fine if I wasn’t on thin ice already because of a misunderstanding between me and one of the family members. They think i’m not trying to do anything to better my situation and slacking off at home rather than trying to get my life together which i’m actively trying to do. This family member is not very understanding and is very bipolar and sitting down and having a conversation has not worked in the past. I’m not very comfortable being around them because their behavior is extremely erratic and unpredictable.

In the midst of this panic I started looking at how much it would cost for me and a group of my friends to buy a house around the same area and live together. The average price seems to be around $870+ not including food and internet and shit like that. Now, we have about 5 potential people that are going to be living together which means the rent would be about $174 for each person which is great!

Here’s the problem, I feel like i could get kicked out any second. Plus i also do not want to live in an environment where i do not feel safe so this works. Considering this I feel like the best option would be to stack as MUCH money as possible so that if anything happens I can have something to fall back on. To accomplish this I think the best course of action would be to:

Do as many commissions as possible

Stream as much as possible

Have donations open for people who would like to help me out without burdening me with more work that i already have and

Ask people that i trust irl for advise and favors to make the transition easier.
