i actually would disagree with this. i don't think that the existence of sex in the media, even a lot of it, makes it necessarily positive? and the way sex is framed (at least in hazbin hotel) is really sex negative if you ask me. there's rampant slutshaming, harassment/sa is treated as a joke, angel dust's sexuality is treated as his main flaw, etc. i also don't consider media to be "sex positive" unless it treats female sexuality as positive, and none of vivziepop's female characters have positive relationships with sexuality. most of them don't interact with sexuality at all, even the two in a sapphic relationship, and those who do-- i.e. the female succubi-- are slutshamed constantly. i guess millie's relationship with sexuality isn't necessarily negative, but it's also pretty much erased? the jokes about m&m in a sexual sense are focused on/directed at moxxie iirc.

tl;dr - vivziepop's shows are not sex positive, they represent sexuality so poorly that it's worse than not representing it at all

I always thought it was like an exaggeration when horse people would talk about how silly it was for anyone to think that riding a horse does not require any particular level of skill or balance or anything, or even that they "drive themselves" (???) but just the tags on the reblogs of that "can you ride a bike and/or horse" post from me alone are demonstrating how overconfident some people are in their (often entirely theoretical!) ability to stay on an alive and moving animal with a will of its own.
