Do you host auditions for other voice actors to join your group, or do you just keep it closed for friends?
At the moment it's just closed for friends but I'm always willing to include good talent if I see it!
I think the requirement for the vrc videos would be- full body and a decent sounding mic
But other than that just a good sounding microphone if I do comic dubs
