i had a moment of weakness when i was like “yesss im gonna recover” but after like 3 days i was feeling so bad abt myself i realized how much peace and happiness starving brings me hahaha, i had to go back on track which took some time but i realized with time that i just need to live the most unhealthy life known to a human race 🙈🙈 even tho i still have bad days, i binge (very rarely, but still), i feel sad that i skip every chance to eat bc i grew up loving food… i need to learn to hate it, but i cant for some reason. I dont feel bad if i eat a low cal chocolate after losing some weight, but i have this feeling that i need to learn how to absolutely hate food, even tho ik itll be hrd for me

i had to stop fasting bc i got my period :((( i really wanted to continue but i get really sick during my periods so i had to eat something, its still hurting a little but i can exercise today. im starting a fast on saturday, 1st day of summer vacation in my country :)) thats a good start i think

Im going to a party this friday and im going to drink alcohol. i will count that as my metabolism day bc this week im not going over 200cals. fortunately eating little makes you get drunk faster so i wont have to drink a lot to get wasted😜😜 its also good that i have 0 appetite when im hangover so i can make up for that party with a fast <3

Tip:
Castor oil works as a laxative :) 2-3tbs works perfect. its also easy to come up with an excuse bc its a good thing for hair growth, so u can tell you parents that you bought it for your hair eyelashes or eyebrows ;))) here where i live its super cheap as well
