i lost some weight. dang. aw well
perhaps in the future i can pick up the pace and strive further toward my goal.

January 2023: 145 lbs
February 2023: 150 lbs
March 2023: 159 lbs
May 2023: 164 lbs
June 2023: 171 lbs
August 2023: 180 lbs
October 2023: 183 lbs
ya boy is growing ^^ slowly but steadily. i wonder if i could reach my weight goal of 200 by the end of the year hehe ~
