Do you like to poop in your diaper uncontrollable?
An enema is too much liquid and the diaper leaks far too quickly. A suppository or a microclist provides rapid pressure, but it can be held back.
Try Milka White Chocolate, insert 2 ribs (approx. 33g) of a 100g bar of Milka White Chocolate into the anus. The cocoa butter has a laxative effect.
The amount depends a bit on the contents of the bowel, if it is very full you should only take 1 rib, but 2 ribs are usually best.
Hold it back really hard, for at least 20 minutes, if you can’t do that then it was too much.
Sometimes the pressure builds up very quickly, sometimes you feel next to nothing for 30 minutes, in any case there will be several “pressure attacks”, hold it back as long as you can.
As long as your bowel is not really very empty, you will not be able to hold it after about 45 minutes and you will fill your diaper uncontrollably :)

Ein Einlauf ist zu viel Flüssigkeit und die Windel läuft viel zu schnell aus. Ein Zäpfchen oder ein Mikroklist sorgt zwar für schnellen Druck, kann aber zurückgehalten werden.
Versuch Milka Weiße Schokolade, 2 Rippen (ca. 33g) einer 100g Tafel Milka Weiße Schokolade in den Anus einführen. Die Kakaobutter wirkt abführend.
Die Menge hängt ein bisschen vom Darminhalt ab, wenn er sehr voll ist solltest du nur 1 Rippe nehmen, aber 2 Rippen sind üblicherweise am besten.
Halte es wirklich stark zurück, für mindestens 20 Minuten, wenn du das nicht schaffst dann war es zu viel.
Manchmal baut sich der Druck recht rasch auf, manchmal spürt man 30 Minuten so gut wie gar nichts, jedenfalls werden mehrere “Druckangriffe” erfolgen, halte es weiter zurück so lange du kannst.
So lange dein Darm nicht wirklich sehr leer ist, wirst du es nach etwa 45 Minuten nicht mehr halten können und deine Windel unkontrolliert vollmachen :)

Finally, again in diapers after a loooooooong time. After I had brought my friend to the train station yesterday, it went quickly back to the hostel to get in to the diaper. and no fun, that was pretty close because I had previously drunk a large Italian beer and this went through so quickly that it pressed so hard on my bladder and so hurt the kidneys. So seriously, I’ve never been so scared that I’m pissing myself. arrived at the hostel, then was quickly got into the diaper and I was happy. after another 2 beers, the diaper was already so full that it has leaked. but these betterdry are just incredible. Now I am lying in my bed and i had a padded night. It is very interesting because I sleep in a hostel room with others. Today i continue by bus in the direction of Tuscany. I will keep trying to stay diapered.
