OKAY. So update. I keep calling the @taylorswift online merch store and I haven't received any calls or emails so I just left a giant voicemail yelling at the top of my lungs! And I feel so bad because it's very unswiftie of me! But this is getting ridiculous! Does anyone else have an update?!

@taylorswift @taylornation the online taylor merch store charged my card the day I made the order over a month ago. And I have yet to receive my package. I've been calling and emailing for days and have not received ANY response. What's going on?! I spent a lot of money!
